Pulled up at 9:48 on 10/17/22 when they close at 10, just wanted a drink. After I got out of the car, the lights outside of shell turned off. I tried to open the door and it was locked with the employee standing there staring at me. It's not like he was rushing around, trying to get stuff done before they close. But no, he was just standing there staring at me waiting for the second it turned to 10 so he could leave. I doubt a customer 12 min before they close would make him stay any past 10, but the man working did not want to risk the chance.

Girl behind the counter claiming they were closed yet she was allowing people who came after us to pump gas. If you say you are open until ten then the computers shouldn't be shut off before then which is what she claimed was the case.

twice now the staff has been unable to process simple discount that Shell honors, not quite able to speak or understand English, they are not especially well trained by the management to operate this station

i love this gas station the 2 owners are super friendly and i always get great gas from their ie no water exex. this place is always clean and well kept the best gas station in town.
