What a great experience!! Seriously! I've never been compelled to write a review for a bank but I went to the Middlesex bank in Medfield to use the coin machine which broke so i decided to come here instead. Smiles greeted me in and when I was done, I went to the desk to have the loveliest conversation with the bank teller. It was calm, it was happy, it was an experience that I will be returning to have. Well done.
