I could not be more pleased with the work Marc did on my car. the car had major damage in two places which I had asked him to fix. the areas now look like brand new. He cleaned the inside which had been a mess and fixed up a small dent on the outside. The cost of the repair so reasonable and he kept me informed of the cost and progress. I have the greatest respect for his honesty and integrity of his work. Needless to say they are my go to for my car.

I recently brought my 23 year old/200,000 mile Lexus in for a rear quarter rust issue. The work done was spectacular! They not only fixed my issue but also touched up all the scratches and dings, polished out my headlights, and detailed the entire vehicle inside and out. I will absolutely bring my car in for any future work. Thank for the great work!!!

Thank you to Marc and his crew at Haven's Autobody! You guys are the BEST! I have used Haven's for at least the past 15 years ~most recently for extensive hail damage to my 2012 Mercedes. The car looks brand new! Haven's even buffed out the headlights! Marc is not only super nice, he is fastidious and familiar with insurance companies and adjusters. Absolutely NO hassle. Look no further for any auto body job. So glad to have found Haven's!

I brought my vehicle here for a repair and I was not impressed. The work I brought it there for was okay but they also promised to touch up some scrapes around the car and that work was a little sloppy. The worst part of doing business with them is they forced me to take part in shady business practices. Upon completing the deal I was advised it was a "cash deal" and that I had to take out the money for the repair from the ATM (they wouldn't take the check I offered them). I was told they needed to do this because they regularly get screwed by insurance companies (as if it's my responsibility to be part of the "balancing" this out for them). While I'm confident that is true, this wasn't an insurance job (I was paying out of pocket). I don't appreciate being looped into something shady. I should have known better. They didn't provide a written estimate and their estimate was less than half of what I was quoted at another local body shop. They also didn't provide any paperwork at the completion of the job and I was told to just trust them if the work had any issues down the road (they would take care of me). I'm left with the impression they wanted to completely avoid a paper trail. The next time I need body work I'm taking my vehicle to the place where I received an estimate which was more than twice as much, because I think that estimate was from an honest broker. While I appreciate the financial pressures of owning a business and trust that the insurance companies do their best to beat down the cost of work, I don't believe two wrongs make a right. If you can't survive due to the way insurance companies treat you then don't take on insurance work.
