The community is full of welcoming and non judge-mental people. They are inclusive to families with small children and throw kid friendly events (with really good chicken). “Great local gym, never too over crowded like some gyms can be at certain times. Super clean & always friendly. Location is great also with lots of other stuff nearby and bus stops right in front of gym if you don't happen to have a vehicle. This PF is fairly spacious compared to others I've been to as well. Locker rooms in particular were noticeably larger than any other PF I've been to, allowing a space to stretch in locker if feeling uneasy.”

“Coming from a commercial gym, this gym offers me everything I need equipment wise for my goals and then some. Huge weightlifting gym with prowler sleds, tractor tires, and a bunch of other hard to find equipment. The place is a huge playground for anyone who loves lifting weights and more. I highly recommend this gym if you’re tired of the dullness and cramping of the commercial gyms. Also the gym is open until 11pm mon-thurs which is great for those late night lifters.Also, this gym offers 20% off to Doctors, veterans, military, Veterans and Law enforcement which makes this gym a no brainer. The owner is a lifter and veteran himself and is a nice guy. Glad I found MetFit.”

If you're going to use the elyptical, please keep other gym goers in mind. It might be tempting to use the middle machine and hog the whole section, but PLEASE USE THE ADJACENT MACHINERY. Everybody pays for this gym, and they are all here to work out too. Please let them, even if it is uncomfortable to use the same equipment, just give people appropriate space and do not hog the whole rack by claiming the middle. And if you are using the middle, do not give people stink eye if they use the machinery next to you. You sort of dug that grave yourself by being a hog.”

“Pretty nice gym. Wish the hours of operation were a little better. I work a strange schedule and stinks that I can’t use the gym later on some days. Also wish they had more classes earlier in the morning/later in the evenings. Seems they typically only offer 9:30am or later and only go until 5:30 or so.”

“Staff is always nice, and seem like decent well-trained people especially since the new manager took over last year. It's always fairly clean despite the volume of people. It's never totally dead in there, which is a good thing so that the club will remain open. Close to my house. could use a few more stationary bikes but hey a guy can dream... nice people, it's my gym, i like em.

tbh: worst part of my home gym is that town of Franklin keeps doing construction on Grove and adjacent streets. enough already franklin LOL”

“Highly recommend Nate for anyone looking for a trainer / need motivation!I had a workout with Nate today a trainer for Redwood and he was fantastic. Provided great insight to a strategy and what to do and how to get results. Talking through why I was there and setting up that accountability with yourself was awesome. Nate is really awesome and easy to open up to and be honest with, he won't sugar coat anything and help you reach your goals.Nate took multiple different approaches when having our consultation. Gaining personal insight from me being honest - this was a little nerve racking bc it's hard to be open w someone you don't know but nate reassures his clients and is able to help them grow once they are truly honest with everything. Also going through the things that may be delaying my goals and of course the fitness perspective with how much I should be eatting and how to get the most out of my workouts and a lot moreHe also does not make you feel bad at all! He has extremely well thought out answers for all my questions ( from a professional and personable approach) and was extremely professional, really appreciate him.He ran me through some workout where he had my muscles killing after 20 minutes. Able to help you through workouts give consistent feedback and push you to your limit. I really appreciate everything he did and helping me map my fitness journey.Nate is awesome if you are looking for a trainer - nate is your guy----WOW itself is really nice, never too busy where I can't find an available machine. tons of machines with a bunch of variability which is nice. they have multiple price ranges but for $20 definitely not a bad gym membership. staff is helpful and friendly as well”
