Unfortunately had a very poor experience.
I had initially taken my car there about a week ago to have my front brakes/tires changed and rotated.
at one point in the day I had gotten a call recommending that my windshield wipers be replaced to which I agreed and also added on that my alignment be done as well. I much prefer getting everything done in one fell sweep, so appreciated they had caught this. The customer service at the time was attentive and great.
$1000+ dollars later, my car is back to squeaking whenever I break and ticking. I brought it back in this morning - exactly one week after servicing it.
The ticking was my fault, I must’ve ran over a nail as they found one in my new tire. Chalked it up to bad luck and they thankfully repaired it with a small charge.
But then they tell me I need new drums for my back brakes and that i’m having issues with my struts and front suspension.
I was confused, asking why this wouldn’t be something they discovered last week? The guy just kept telling me “it’s not something you would see unless you’re looking for it.” Seemed a bit strange.
On the report I was sent after the phone call with the tech, it was also noted that my alignment needed servicing, something he’d failed to mention.
I’d done some research after being left with more questions than answers and saw that struts and suspensions can affect nissan’s (I have a nissan sentra) alignment.
So if that’s the case, why didn’t they catch it when supposedly taking care of my alignment last week?
I bring this up during pick-up and it was a different rep this time. She was very thorough and went back to talk to the tech that had worked on my car to get the story straight and did a great job explaining the situation. They explained that “it had slipped through the cracks”.
Soon after I ended up speaking to the original rep, Steven, and it just left a sour taste in my mouth. At this point I don’t want to bring my car back there. Not only because he was never truly straightforward about the situation, but I don’t feel I can trust the techs to catch and resolve everything going on with my car the first time. I understand weekends are busy and there’s a lot to do, but I’m paying you a lot of money to take care of my car. I expect for it to be done well and throughly. Especially when the issue is directly correlated to what was getting done.
I requested a refund for the alignment done last weekend as it clearly was a failed service since it didn’t work via the report. To which I was continually denied as “they can’t give a refund because we provided a service.” But the service did not work? The service was not done correctly due to their mistake. Why would the client pay for that?
It was very apparent that with the multiple conversations I’d had with him throughout the day and asking for clarification with things, he was always trying to save face and evade accountability. If you mess up, you own up to it and fix it. But not only did they not do that, but they did not offer ANY solutions, let alone a discount, to remedy their mistakes. The essence of the conversations were like, ‘yeah we messed up, here’s your car.’
Overall just a very poor outcome as I will need to pay to have my car aligned, AGAIN, after getting my suspension done. A waste of money and time.

Leanna was terrific to work with.
She helped me source some non standard tires and made the install process easy.
The review done by the technician Mark was reasonable and helpful.
This is the fourth set of tires i've had installed at this sullivan location on four different vehicles and they have all worked out very well.
Thank you to Leanna, Mark and the sullivan team for another job well done.

Took care of my brakes and were kind and honest with me. I appreciate that they send photos and updates via email and they are very thorough in their reports and I felt like they actually listened to me. Only thing was they sounded the alarm on my transmission when it was just an issue with the throttle sensor ?not a big deal but I took it to a Transmission specialist and was terrified! Super grateful that they advised me to save money on the rear brakes and get the transmission checked out instead. They did a thorough job and my brakes feel great. They were able to get me in short notice which was really nice and were flexible with my payment timing. Thanks guys!

They found the nail and patched my tire in record time! Great experience all around. Everyone was very professional, friendly and welcoming. Sullivan Tire in Medway is now my goto place for tires and service. I also got a kick out of the jars at the checkout stations filled with things they've pulled out of tires! Nice touch!

Got tires replaced here due to a promotion they had going on and they talked me in to getting brakes done as well. For the following almost 6 months, the brakes felt no different and were squeaking/scratching and the car would shake while stopping. I finally ended up taking it to my regular mechanic who redid all the brakes, not sure what Sullivan Tires did wrong but it was expensive and done horribly. Only then did the issues stop and car was driving/breaking completely normally. Will never return again, and I don't recommend it to anyone else.

My car needed four new tires, and after a very positive experience replacing a single tire due to a nail that was too close to the sidewall on my wife's car, I called Sullivan Tire again.
My car was treated with care...I pointed out something about my car that might affect the usual way they probably service the wheels for new tires, and I was courteously listened to and the tech was made aware of my concern.
To me, another bonus is that Sullivan is an employee owned company.

Again, we had a tire damaged by a nail, and again, Steve and the crew at Sullivan Medway saved me so much hassle, fixed the problem and got me back on the road, all in one day.
Sullivan tire is my go-to repair shop. I really appreciate how honest they are with me. No surprises.
Highly recommended!

Reviews online were very positive and the team at Sullivan Tire in Medway MA lived up to them…from calling to get the performance tires I wanted when initially they were shown as out of stock, to booking the appointment for a few days later even with the tires hard to get, to the quality installation. They also were able to accommodate a midday completion which was greatly appreciated. I highly recommend this place and will return for future needs.

I live in Charlotte, NC and was in MA visiting my parents in Holliston. A day before my trip home, I learned my tire had an un-repairable leak. I wanted to replace it with the original tire to match the other 3 but all other tire dealers in the area were not able to get the tire I needed until days later and I had to return home the following day. Leanna was very gracious from the minute I called her and explained my situation. She called her warehouse and had the tire I needed delivered to her location the same day (within a few hours even). I dropped off my vehicle and it was ready in 2 hours. I am so thankful to Leanna and Sullivan Tire for going the extra mile for someone who does not live in the area and not a regular customer. Thank you for all you did to make sure I can get home as planned.
