Great staff @ Charles River Bank and super attentive to their customers needs. We've been with the bank for 25+ years and have seen it grow with more branches but still small town service and customer commitment which we fell in love with to begin with. Recently, an ATM machine at a branch ate an ATM card I had late on a Friday night...I was worried to drive away if the card was spit out for the next person driving up. I called their 800# and immediately one of their branch managers answered, listened to my predicament, disabled my card immediately and had me swing by a branch the next day for a replacement. CRB for me!

Tip entree door through Holliston street exit/entrance. My relative worked thetr for many years many years honest bank very truthfully employers cd's are always low entrance . I think they got reimbursement fees check into that . I had to get 100 for 5 $20.00's for birthday card 4 months ago they had no problem I was at drive thru at 5:51 pm with 2 cars on front of me still taking people although are online remember I called Tonya picked up and asked to me too see if Go in and I said I will await I'm not in rush at all . They were pleased and I felt telling them you always gave great 100% customer service skills

I can't say enough about the amazing people that work at Charles River Bank in Medway. I have had this bank since it first opened in Medway, and I have never had better customer service! These people really care about you. When they say neighborhood bank....I can tell you, the people that work there treat you like family. From Matthew P. in personal banking, to Kim P. in mortgage loans, these folks really do go the extra mile. And they are truly happy to do so.When you call the bank, you get a real person that answers the phone, and they quickly help you with anything you need. No recordings, no bouncing you around from department to department, real people that know you. Everyone in the bank makes you feel welcome. So, if you want a great neighborhood bank to place your money, or for any of your banking needs, you will not find better than the Charles River Bank!!Thank you to all of you at CRB that has made my banking experience the best it can be!

After many years doing business with them ...I wish i had chosen another bank! It takes forever to get a replacement card! sometimes they dont show up...one time they sent ten! They don't follow up with what they say they will do for you...do they really think we wont notice?? Since my account is linked to all my bills...it wont be easy...but i am gonna start all over at a real bank...save yourself some grief and just find a better bank now .. dont waste your time here

Poor all around. Terrible software tho recently updated. Updated software worse than previous software. Staff has very limited or incorrect information about the bank and it's "services"--very frustrating to try to do business with them.

My wife and I have been using Charles River for the last few years. We came over from Bank of America and Chase. The difference between Charles River and a large bank is amazing. We had a problem with Bank of America and the people at the branch had no power to fix anything. They had to call the same number I called. If we have any questions at Charles River the person that can answer the question is right there. When we opened our small business they were a huge help. I don't think we can ever go back to a large bank.

Charles River Bank is the best bank I have ever done business with. They are professional, courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Over the years I have migrated all my accounts over to them from one of the big banks and have never looked back! It's no surprise they have been in business for over 100 years. This bank is a perfect example of how all customer-centric industries should run. They ALWAYS put the customer first, and I feel like their priority every time I walk into the branch. They know my name, they know my story, and they continually try and help me reach my financial goals by offering products and services that could match what I am looking to do (all without being pushy or feeling like I'm being "sold" something). I highly recommend Charles River Bank, they are the BEST!!!

Called to talk to "Mickee Whitney" based on a referral from my attorneys office. She answered the phone, possibly while eating something, and then there was just silence.... I could hear her breathing, so I was the one who had to ask if I even called the right place... Then the attitude, the "yeah, can I help you?", but not in a friendly way, in a way that prompted me to say "no". I was calling to inquire about funding a multifamily, not my first, I'll go back to Middlesex bank in Hopkinton when I am treated with respect. It's a shame that they do not understand that simply being polite can go a long way.
