“John and Linell are exceptional detailers, and very friendly and knowledgeable to boot. I brought them a truck that carries 3 dogs plus just being used every day for what it is. I just wanted the inside cleaned up a bit to look presentable. What I got was a showroom fresh interior. Not kidding. I defy anyone looking inside this truck to say there was ever a dog in it, or that it was ever really used much.I happened to stop in during the day to ask a question and glanced inside the truck. I thought it was done it looked so good but they had another 2 hours to go. Unreal. This is not just a couple of guys who wash the outside and vacuum the interior and throw some shine on the dash. This is a passion for them and they treat each car like it’s going to be judged on a concourse the next day. Recommend 1000 times over.”

“My brand new car was hit in a parking lot and Ivans was able to take in my car within 3 days of the incident. Everywhere else I called had at least a month wait. I had a road trip coming up and needed the car back within 9 days. The team at Ivans were able to find the damage on the car, order the new parts, install them and paint the car all while working with my insurance company inside 9 days! So I left for my road trip on time! Not only that but I was insanely annoying to these people. I called almost every day to ask what the status was on my car and Mike was kind every single time. He would calmly tell me what had happened since the last time we spoke, what the next step would be, and when he thought I would be able to pick up my repaired car. He was a pleasure to work with.It should really go without saying but my car looks identical to the day I bought it. They completely fixed everything. This shop has real customer service, really fixes your car, and they even detail your car afterwards. 11/10 would recommend”

Alex was able to use ozone treatment to help remove the smoke smell and the car looked brand new. The headliner had no signs of stains after his detail. This was all done in a timely manner. “Ray was a great person to deal with, went to check out a 2012 Buick Regal GS and it ran and drove good. I’ve had it for about 2 months now and have had no issues that weren’t disclosed at the time of sale, however i’ve realized the a/c doesn’t operate properly. Granted when i looked at the vehicle it was still relatively cold out so I couldn’t test this feature properly, but that’s the only reason for 4 stars instead of 5. Otherwise it was a great dealer experience, and would recommend buying a vehicle from here again. My vehicle was purchased with over 187k miles on it and everything works as designed minus the a/c, which i’ll take as a win for such a high mileage vehicle, and it has yet to give me a major issue.”

Today I dropped my car off around 10am, easy drop off and the car was ready for pick up by 2pm. Employee at the front was helpful and made some great recommendations. Tint came out phenomenal and was only $275. Best deal around. Check out the before and after pictures. Will be coming back to get my interior and exterior detailed.”

He was still power spraying my car as I was entering the tunnel. Additionally, I have never seen free vacs associated with my usual car wash places. I was sure there was some catch, but there wasn’t. “Been here 3 times now and each time has been a great quick wash out. A standard length tractor/trailer is easy to get in the way bay. I drive a 579, tandems in 3rd hole and had zero issues. They have done there best to set drivers up for success with painted lines, stop signs and cones. It's fairly self explanatory how to get in the door. Price is $85 as of 3 Aug 23 for standard wash out. This trip I got a customer appreciation gift, Thanks Mike! As long as I'm near I'll be coming back for washouts.”
