I took my car to get inspected and it failed. They were informative and were able to take my car in the next day to fix the problem. I appreciate how quick they were knowing that I needed to be to work by a certain time. I am grateful for their timeliness and quick turnaround. They were very accommodating and I will be using them again.

Fantastic customer service! Helped us out over the Memorial Day weekend with a quick tire patch when other places turned us away.We live in Franklin and this is by far one of the friendliest places around. We are very lucky to have this garage and service center in our area.

The best mechanic in 25 mile radius. I had an issue with my crv. Took it to Boch Honda in Norwood. They told the issue was fixed. When I came back I could hear the same sound. I called Boch back. They said I have to leave the car overnight with them ansi could rent a car for $30 per nightYesterday I was driving near this gas station. I always go there for stickers and I know first hand they are very friendly . I went there and told the mechanic and asked for an appointment. He listened to the sound to understand the problemHe then asked me if I have five minutes.He took the car inside and fixed itHe also showed me what the issue.I cannot understand why bock was unable to see it the first time even though I was there for almost two hours for an oil changeI will recommend this mechanic instead of this big dealer ships.Thank you for fixing my issue so quickly

Stopped there on Saturday for an inspection for the first time. Was warmly greeted immediately and told there was a 10-15 minute wait. Within 15 minutes we were in and out. Very friendly and this will definitely be the place we will take our cars to be inspected from now on! Thank you for the great service!
