This daycare has some redeeming qualities:a big backyard play space and the director is nice. However, the staff need extensive training. Everyday when my son was picked up the staff was sitting complacently on their phone while the kids fended and played by themselves. The toddler 2 teacher was unapologetically unkind. She didn’t even greet my husband, I or even our son with a hello in the morning. She would be just standing on her phone. I think the minimum a teacher can do is greet each child with a hello in the morning. There were numerous incidents of unprofessionalism, talking poorly about kids in front of them, reactivity with kids likely due to personal life stress, and developmentally inappropriate and lazy behavior management. This place has potential but really needs to work on training staff and changing classroom norms.

Big shoutout to this team YouBellor! Our 18 month daughter started 2 weeks ago with them, of work we were sad and concern about leaving our princess with somebody else. We couldn’t be more happy with this decision. They are so nice, communicative, responsive, sweet, take time to explain you any concern. We haven’t being able to go into the school due to COVID but we receive constant feedback from everybody, even on saturdays and we feel safe about how they are treating the kids. They are super flexibles to accommodate to all of our requests and last minutes changes. There are no enough words to compliment them. Congrats for your work!

We have had our son enrolled at Youbellor (previously First Steps) for nearly 4 years. He has done really well in every classroom and has always loved his teachers. He is being taught at a level that exceeds other centers in our area, so we are very encouraged that he will transition smoothly into kindergarten and will likely even be ahead of his classmates. Now, our daughter has started in the infant room and we are getting the same great experience all over again.

We have been going to youbellor for the past 3 months and couldn’t be happier with our decision. We are currently in the infant room.
Location: easy to get to at the Malden/medford line. they have a large parking lot so that it’s easier to drop off and pick up. They take walks in the neighborhood during the summer/spring months which is a nice plus!
Staff: the teachers are nice and clearly have a passion for taking care of children. Every day they give you a report of what they have eaten, naps schedules, and diaper changes, which is useful. They are extremely communicative which has been nice as we acclimated into the daycare routine as new parents.
Cost: the cost is comparable to other daycares that we were looking at in the area.
It’s great to go to a daycare and know that your child is in good hands.

My son has been going to Youbellor since he was 4 months old. All of the teachers are exceptional and I've always felt that he was safe and comfortable. He's also learning quite a bit in their preschool room. My 1 year old daughter has recently enrolled and the staff has been great with her also. I highly recommend!

Our 2 and half year old son loves his teachers and enjoys all the different activities he does there. He started at Youbellor when he was 10 months old. The transition was very difficult for him. His teachers were very patient with him until he was comfortable. The teachers are very caring and loving but still run a tight routine with the children. I recommend this daycare.

Our son has been going to this school since he was two years old. He will be graduating in June. We are so pleased with the Director's all the way to the teachers everyday. He has learned so much in this short time he has been in daycare. We couldn’t have asked for a better place for our son to be at.

Our daughter has been here since she was three months old, and we have been so happy with our experience. She's now in her third classroom, and they just keep getting better as she gets older. All the teachers love the kids so much, and I am continually impressed by how much she's learning.

We have a 3.5 year old at Youbellor. The staff is amazing consisting of patient and considerate teachers and administrators who care deeply for the children. We are happy with his progress in education and excitement for learning.

Our family loves the teachers at Youbellor Academy Medford. They are kind, thoughtful, energetic and truly loving towards our son. We have complete peace of mind every day he is there, which exceeds all of our hopes for what a daycare could be.

We are very pleased with Youbellor Academy and recommend to people who are looking for childcare. Big credit for this goes to amazing teachers and assistant director/ director who make the place welcoming and fun for kids. My daughter joined the school at 2 years of age and absolutely loves going there. Which itself is a validation.
We as a parent appreciate all the efforts teachers take to nurture and teach kids. Along with regular classes, school also organizes Yoga and dance class which are a great exposure at such a young age. They also celebrate special occasions like Mother’s/ Father’s Day, Halloween, and Christmas.
You can also get daily updates on Brightwheel app which is a great tool to see kids activities and pictures.
We definitely recommend Youbellor to anyone.

My son has been going to this school for over a year now. Our family absolutely loves it! Prior to enrolling him I looked up a few schools in the area and hands down Youbellor Child Academy is one of the best ones. Starting from convenient location, affordable pricing and comfortable schedule and ending with friendly, helpful, professional staff, everything is great about Youbellor. Highly recommend it!

Our daughter has been going to Youbellor since she was 3 months old and we couldn't be happier. She is now in her third classroom and has formed incredible bonds with each teacher and continues to grow leaps and bounds. My daughter (3 yrs old), Norah is going to Youbellor Child Academy as part-time. I can make payment automatically through an apps and it is very easy to use. I am also getting status messages and can see updated pictures of my daughter daily. So far I have good experience and recommend to anyone whom is looking for child care.
