Mr. Scoppe -- or one of his employees -- behaved in a grossly unprofessional and offensive manner while driving a company vehicle. I believe that quality of workmanship is linked with courtesy and thoughtfulness, and the rudeness they displayed to me is an indicator of how this firm will treat its customers. Avoid.
