Outstanding customer service from Shane Goode this guy is definitely their top employee. He goes above and beyond to make sure the customer is getting a great experience at this store. I would highly stay away from Christian as he has a nasty attitude and is not knowledgeable of his job. Seems like he needs to be retrained on how customer service works. Great store!

Go to this location!! Nadir is the most helpful, professional, and knowledgeable Verizon employee I have ever met. He makes difficult plans and concepts so easy to understand and he is always available when I have any issues and never forgets to call me back. I made the switch from T-Mobile and I couldn’t be happier with his top tier service, thanks Nadir!!

Consistently fails to provide service. FIOS was installed less than 2 days ago, it failed, after hours of customer service I now need to wait days until a technician is coming out. Sales people have lied to be about terms of contracts and been unable to provide basic customer functions on my account.I have never had a positive interaction with this store or my local verizon services.

They are horrible people. Be aware they are very sneaky and will lie to your face. And will add other charges without your consent. You can be standing there in from of them saying no and they will sneak in there those charges you just say no to. Be very aware and make sure you check your bills very well. You might be paying for things you don’t need or even told them no. But they don’t care they will add to your bill whatever they want. Three things I found so far and I’m angry at Verizon that will most definitely switch cell phone carriers.One. I lost my phone. Went to get a new one the so called sales person said yhat my new iPhone came with a free Apple Watch. I said great. Now I find it was not free at all. I been paying for the stupid thing ever since. (My fault who didn’t check her bills better)Two. I explicitly said I don’t want the cloud. I already have iCloud. Then just found I been paying for it. (Again my fault for not checking the bills)Three. I also was very clear I didn’t want the insurance. Also just found I been paying for it. (Also my fault for not checking).

Best Verizon store experience! Rodrigo was amazing and helped us trade in our phones, and walked me through my Verizon account filling me in on all the perks I didn’t even know my account had. Meticulously looked for the best deals and we walked out with 2 brand new phone 2 Apple Watches for less than I expected to pay for 1 phone.Great customer service, great store, painless experience. Highly recommend this location, ask for Rodrigo!!

This is the only store I will ever purchase a phone from. Customer service is superb! Nadir, Christian, just to name a few of the excellent employees. You have 30 days to try your phone and if you don't like it, you can trade it in for free. They tell you upfront how much your bill will go asking if that's so you won't be surprised. I would highly recommend this place to any Verizon customer!

Nadir was the BEST specialist I’ve ever worked with. He was kind, patient, knowledgeable and gracious. I was in a very stressful situation with my missing phone and he handled it with great problems solving skills. He’s clearly a people person and very smart. I love my new phone! I’ll always return to this Verizon store because of Nadir.

We walked into the store 15 minutes before close, and both Diego and Mimi were extremely kind and helpful.They helped to troubleshoot the best way to replace my broken phone and protect it for the future. Not to mention, they were fun to talk to ??

I went to four different iPhone stores saying since “I broke my phone there's no chance of me getting a new one without paying a ton of money”. Diego at Verizon did a great job hooking me up as well as my family on a newer and better plan. I walked out getting two phones for my family for the price of one. Great Costumer service! I’m telling friends to go and ask for Diego.
