They don’t have their lunch break posted on their website, you have to go in person to see a printed sign. Also, our address didn’t exist in the system. This branch said that their supervisor doesn’t have an email, but when I went to the main Medford branch to talk to them, I was informed I could have emailed the supervisor and sent the forms online. So inefficient

Opens at 9 and closed for lunch.

Everyone deserves a lunch break but they take it for an hour and a half at random hours of the day is a joke. 2-3:30 today.

Never had the so called bad experiences that some other people on here have commented about. I have been there at least 50 times over the years. You’re in and out pretty quick.

Totally agree with everyone who mentioned having to talk to an old man at the counter. He was extremely rude and didn't even help or provide any information.

Very rude service. Going to the post office should not be the worst part of my day.

If you see an old white man working there don’t bother. He is rude, unhelpful, and racist. Nobody should ever dread going to their local post office. USPS needs to raise their standards when it comes to hiring post office workers.

The old guy is super rude and abrasive. He also tried to make me pay for packaging before I could even see if it was the right size. He snatched the package and threw the receipt. Absolutely horrible attitude.

I frequent this small post office location on High Street in Medford often. Â The parking lot only has a few spaces, and is less than 500 ft from the railroad crossing - I've had a few near misses with other vehicles when trying to park there during traffic. Â You're better off parking at the commuter rail lot just a minute walk away.

The parking situation is abysmal and the customer service left much to be desired. They also seem to be grossly understaffed for the volume of customers they see on a Saturday.

Great customer service and zero issues shipping well over a hundred packages for my company

Had to pick up a package and lost my slip. The gentleman who helped me, Steven Whittmore (?) I think was his name, couldn't have been more pleasant and helpful. Happy disposition and quick attention. I heard him happily assisting others as I left. It really set my mood in a positive direction especially since it was the Friday before Christmas and I was frantic. Great job.
