entered change of address form in middle of january. received no acknowledgement after 3 weeks and i returned to the Post Office. needed to speak to a manager but none were available. returned 3 weeks later; spoke to a manager and found out it was never entered into their system....1 star

Would give this place negative stars if I could. Avoid at all costs unless you feel like waiting in line for hours for their systems to be down and to get conflicting information from asshole employees. Literally go to any other USPS location in this state unless you enjoy pain.

Never gets lucky here, always delayed service. Even though there are only one or 2 customers inside.
