Pretty painless. Walked in, a girl glasses said hi, ushered me to the counter, took my package, scanned it and was done in 30 seconds. Quick and easy for returns. I don’t live in this area so I was expecting a horror story but nope, pretty easy time.

This is a local family owned shop. I’ve seen the owners and their kids working here with pride. I love that!

Avoid this store if it’s not simple drop off. The staff doesn’t understand complex tasks. Total waste of time, wanted to send a package with batteries in it, the boy at counter does not understand the task, lied to me that I have to take the battery out otherwise they can’t ship it. Asked for manager, he can’t reach his manager too. Had to go to another store.

Visiting this store with even slightly non-routine shipping needs may result in being treated as an inconvenience. The woman working at this location in the morning was extremely unhelpful and rude.
Around 8:20 am, just after the store opened, I arrived with two heavy and oversized boxes (constituting one piece of furniture) for an Amazon return. Bringing the boxes into the store proved challenging due to their weight and size and I struggled to do all that while trying to hold the store door open. While I didn't anticipate any physical help from the store clerk, her passive stance, arms crossed, and judgmental gaze, were all pretty off-putting.
Before I fully entered the store, she demanded if I had a return code. I confirmed that Amazon only provided one code for both boxes. She then snapped at me to pack the two boxes together.
Since the boxes are 40+lbs each and 50" long, and seeing that this is a fully-equipped UPS store, I asked her if she could consolidated them into one box. She no no no and insisted that I bring them back home. This was very unreasonable--- after all what average person has an abundance of shipping materials readily sitting in their house to consolidate two large boxes into an even larger one?
So I paused trying to move my boxes further into the store---since I may soon be forced to lug them back home-- and checked my phone to see if Amazon had sent a second label. As I did that, the clerk impatiently insisted I move the boxes out of the way, citing potential incoming customers.
Mind you this was minutes after the store opened, there was no other customers present besides myself. Despite the clerk's agitation, I reminded her that I too am customer. I then asked her if she wanted me to Either move the boxes further inside OR search for an additional return label. Because it appeared that she was dissatisfied no matter what I did.
She replied for me to first find another return label. Fortunately, it turned out Amazon did send me a second label that morning while I was on my way to the UPS store, just minutes before this whole interaction. From here, the clerk was able to print two labels, and put one on each box.
Needless to say, this experience was very unpleasant. The clerk could have offered guidance in a professional and considerate manner, yet she opted for disrespect and treated my presence as an inconvenience.
As a UPS store, your primary role is to offer solutions for customers' shipping needs. It's important to acknowledge that not every customer comes with a neatly packaged tiny box or envelope with a prepaid label attached. You should not be exacerbating issues for your customers; instead, strive to alleviate them.

Hours are inconsistent. I went in before closing and the registers were closed, so they were unable to do any business. How can you be open and not have registers open?

Was there this morning looking for a notary. Woman was very rude, talked over me and kept repeating the same thing without acknowledging my question. Awful customer service! Also should not state notary services availability when it's false.

Called for hours with no answer. No notary hours provided and apparently notary is only in upon request. Answer the phone????????
