Horrible customer service. The people working there (men), were looking at me with really bad looks and staring at me all the time. I felt uncomfortable.The entire time, the laptop was not working and my husband took it back. The doors were closed when we came to check in and the guy Did Not pick up the phone.I do not recommend this place to anyone! Inappropriate and unprofessional behavior.I’m from Brazil it seem like they had a little problem with me speaking and not understanding at times.In the end, he was really pushy for a review.

-they do not accept returns even if it doesn’t work-they do not bother to clean the keys so half of the keys do not work-they are not open till 9pm or 6pm, appointments only-they are not even nice, so the whole experience was just terrible

Tech World is great! My hard drive crashed and tech world was able to restore all the data and get my computer back up and running. Another time my keyboard froze and some of the keys were damaged. They did a great repair job. I trust tech world with all my home computer needs.

Worst Place to go when fixing a Gaming PC. I went there to fix my PC and the guy told me it was 450 dollars and the PC would be ready in 2 days and 2 days later i went back and i noticed that in my bank account they charged 800 dollars and My Gaming PC didnt work anymore so i had to buy another one and I called the cops and they told them that i was doing false accusations.

i try to buy from this seller many times he was rude i'm he told me disrespectful words this guy it's really jealous guy to his ex girlfriend who i bought from before ,smart young lady with a personality no words respectful lady , i try to reach to her many times she got fired from the place with no respond wishing she's in a better place working do not buy from this seller scamming innocents peoples
