First time trying a laundromat for a large comforter and some other stuff that couldn’t fit in the washer at my apartment. I decided to go to this place after seeing all the good reviews. Everything was so clean. The washer rinsed thoroughly and I only needed dryer for about 20mins (on low heat!). Ample parking spaces on a Saturday night. The lady worked there was so kind and professional. I accidentally broke the washer handle and authorized my card for replacement charge on that day. To make me feel better, the lady offered me to use dryers for free. And what’s even better is that the owner reached out to me and told me they tried to fix the handle without ordering a new one, and they would like to refund me the charge. I really appreciate their kindness and no wonder this place got so many good reviews. Will be my go-to laundromat in the future and the best laundromat you can find in Medford area!

I drop off for wash / dry / fold service. It’s excellent. The staff is always friendly
and professional. I love the end product; picking up my washed and folded clothes is a treat!!! Thank you to the whole team !!!

I drive past 3 other laundromats, including one I can walk to to use Supersuds. Excellent clean machines always in working order. The staff are wonderful. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

This place is nice and clean but only problem is they don't turn on the Air-conditioner or any sort of fan to cool down the place. In this weather it's like crazy warm inside and you have to check on your clothes, so you will have to stay inside for some or other reason. Please if someone from Supersud is viewing this review, please please please turn on at least one Air-conditioner, to beat the heat a little bit. Thank you

My 2 year old and I love it here
We went in yesterday and he was whining bc he wanted to get the laundry bags open. This woman with brown and blonde hair came over and brought him a little ice cream pop. It made him so happy! She was so incredibly helpful in terms of what temps to use and helped me out with a mechanical issue on the dryers. My 2 year old was doing nonsense as usual and she was very calm, sweet and tolerant.
There were books there that my so loved reading. It’s a great place to bring kids. I’ve never been to a laundromat like this before, it is AWESOME!
Thank you so much for your kindness, you guys are SO LUCKY to have her! Give her a raise and a promotion! I will be coming back always.

Great laundromat. The machines are actually functional (ever see those places where half are out of order? not here), it's clean, and the staff is friendly. The decor is just too fun too.

Amazing! I am describing a laundrymat as AMAZING! Never in my life have I enjoyed being at a laundromat, until yesterday! It’s a very unique look inside, really cool things to look at, fun themes. But, the best part was the employees and the owner! There were two attendants on duty when I arrived. The young man came over to give me a few tips, he took it upon himself to come over as he could clearly see me struggling. I thought that was just so kind, he also made sure to let me know his shift was ending and there was a sweet young lady who could assist if I had any questions. So, same thing… I was struggling at the dryers, she came over and offered tips and helped me, but on her own, I didn’t have to seek her out, she just came over and helped me! Soooo time passes and I see who could possibly be the owner, I approach him to compliment his staff and he is just as sweet and agrees his staff is great! And on top of all these amazing, awesome things, the machines are great, clean, they’re quick, they SANITIZE your clothes, price is very fair, dryers are very quick and efficient also. And obviously with such great vibes, I met some very nice customers as well. I can’t believe how cool a laundry mat is, I will be looking forward to going back!

This place is so loud and overwhelming. Flashing signs and music everywhere. Really creepy recording plays inside and outside saying “Hi, you are being recorded”. Bathrooms are closed because of covid?? The prices are high but the facility is clean. FYI they no longer do 1$ off on wednesday and thursday.

We washed and dried our brand new comforter just now. Someone must have put their dog items in the dryer. Now our comforter smells like a wet dog. Overpriced and the appliances are not managed at all. Will never visit again.————-To the owner,You sound pretty bitter that I left a negative review after having a negative response. This is fine. You are only human.The thing is that I accepted the consequence of my poor choice, so please don’t chastise me that I could have done something else about this. As a customer, I could have but certainly did not have to do anything. I wouldn’t have accepted the re-wash offer anyway since the same thing could happen again.I had a bad experience, figured your business couldn’t fix this issue, walked out, and left a review letting others know what could also happen to them if they were to visit this business. You may feel attacked, but there’s nothing I “should” have done differently about this situation.

A good laudren, but lately after 8 pm, the coin exchange machines don't work, so if you don't have a card to do your laundry you will be left without washing, so it's very annoying, you go to a laudren to wash your clothes and it doesn't work. have machines available to exchange currencies
