Store is going down hill quickly. Used to be the only place I will shop. Now not only do they close earlier than they used to but they close departments down 45min prior to closing to “clean” I went in to get stuff from deli at 9:15pm (store closes at 10) stood at deli for 5min and no one came so went to front desk and asked the lady there she said they were open and she would call someone so I walk back and you can tell the guy is hiding in the back to not have to take your order. I get his attention and now it’s 9:32 and he tells me they close at 9:30!!! Ridiculous I will just take my business to Wegmans

Long story short; it's Somerville High Schools Prom tonight and I've called 10 Flower Shops looking for a last minute Corsage and single rose for my son and his girlfriend. I ended calling the Flower Department at Stop&Shop in Medford and the Floral Manager Maria picked up the phone. She was the nicest person. She told me to come in and she'd help me with no problem. When I arrived she greeted me and she was the sweetest person ever!!! She was so helpful and friendly. She will be my number one flower lady, here on out. Thank you Maria. Stop&Shop is lucky to have you!

Just want to let everybody know Danny that works at stop & shop at customer service was excellent,he does what he's supposed and does it great so if anybody hasn't noticed it needs and deserves a promotion!!! And if the people that promote haven't noticed that maybe they need a demotion!!! lol no just kidding but thank you so much I'm sure next time I see you I'll be hearing how you were promoted!!!

Great selection of food/general groceries for shopping, the Instacart service is also pretty fast when you need a quick pick-up. Staff were pretty helpful at self-checkout station as well, when I did regular shopping. Ambiance wise, the bathrooms were actually pretty clean, which I must admit I was impressed by haha. I really like this Stop & Shop, location is also great (the plaza is old, but there's lots to do).
