I just posted about the store on how much money I spend on the food but yet get crapy paper bags now about the gas please can someone explain to me about something I add my points get enough points to use but yet it doesn’t add up I had 60 cents off and it went from 3 something to 277 or so but yet when I put 40 it doesn’t fill up my tank now if I didn’t use my points and I put 40 it’s basically full so how can I use my points and not fill up my tank when I’m at 277 I shouldn’t even have to reach the 40 dollars

Make sure you check if the attendant actually applies your go points to your gas transaction.I just got significantly less gas because they didn't apply them and tried to make it seem like it was my fault.I would of gone somewhere else to get gas if I knew I was going to be paying 3.19 a gallon, I had 20 cents off so it would of been 2.99.Please train your attendants better to be more attentive and actually listen to what people say

Make sure you confirm they add your go points towards your gas. I just went that and redeemed 20 cents off my gas. I put my number in and asked them to put points towards it. It didn't seem like he was actually listening to me. Halfway through pumping I notice the price is still at regular price without the discount. I talked to the attendants (which there were 3 in the both) and one of them tried to tell me I had to redeem in the store, to which I replied, no... It's for gas, I redeemed them already. You need to apply it.I wouldn't of gone to this gas station if it wasn't for my points getting me 20 cents off because I ended up getting significantly less gas than I wanted because of employee error.Please train your attendants better and customers make sure you pay attention to what your paying if using go points.I had to call corporate so I can get my points back, even if I was on hold for 15 minutes, I'm getting those points back.Ok rant over, just so frustrated

Ripped off I went to get gas they charged my card 150 dollars and they also charged me what I spend on gas 48 dollars. I went into store they said it’s hold it deft wasn’t hold I also put my PIN number into key pad to prevent this issue. Anyone reading this come with cash to Prevent this issue from happening. store know what there doing there stealing money from there customers. Now I have the headache now dealing with mangement in the store to get my money back I also had to fill out report give my license to customer service clerk to get my money back what a shame on this gas station.

Too bad the store manager doesn’t care enough to update their open hours (it’s not 6am - 10pm as currently listed in Google, it’s 7am - 9:30 pm). Instead, rely on the pathetic little sign printed on the window, vs joining the 21st century and updating it online also.Literally wasted gas to try and buy gas. Once again, mediocrity delivered by S&S Medford management.
