You might as well be dealing with thugs. When I showed up they didn't like my attitude... Because they expect people to be really really happy about having their car towed when they were having car problems and they were trying to go and find some help, only to have sheep fold park and the Medford police barracks tow your car before you can even get help with your check engine light! People like this who work to just charge huge amounts of money to people who are having trouble and actually need help, in my opinion are the lowest forms.. I don't know how they sleep at night.Boston has never cared about people it only cares about making money. I am a small female traveling alone often and I feel the most unsafe when I visit Boston Massachusetts because of this. The police don't care the towing people don't care they just want their money! Your life and safety do not matter. I hope the state of Massachusetts Medford police barracks and Stevens automotive enjoys spending The only grocery money that I had to use to get my car out!

I worked for towing companies before but these guys are thieves I wish people could see this receipt it's atrocious it's almost 800 for a police tow and 10 days of storage and then they wouldn't even let a drivable vehicle they made us call a tow truck it was registered and insured and drivable it may have been a little banged up but the only real issue was it had a broken headlight

Horrible experience with this company. I would not recommend them to anyone. They are rude and unprofessional. Real crooks in the towing business. Don't ever go here!!

I called them to remove a boot from my car. This company looks like a bunch of barberians. Very rude person on the phone and personally.Just because they have a city contract and there is nothing we can’t do.Don’t know how to handle people at all.

I have never dealt with a more corrupted company. When I couldn't afford the $1500 tow fee, they demanded $1000 to grab my wife's wheelchair from my vehicle.

Rude employees!! I tried to grab some things from my car (which is under my grandpas name). Mind you, Im a young girl. I didn’t know I wasn’t allowed to grab my things. Instead of nicely explaining to me that my grandpa needs to be there for me to take my belongings back, these 3 men yell and swear at me telling me to get out of there. I was so scared! The situation was handled horribly!! I’m very disappointed with my experience.

My son broke down on 93 south in the Stoneham area on Friday and the police state police stopped behind him because his Jack did not work. The safe then called this business and explained the situation that his Jack did not work they called your company they came out. They handed him a jack to use and charged him $130 for that service just handing him a jack. Funny thing is I called the wrong number and got another Stevens auto body, and when I ever said that, the guy was horrifying and said he would never charge that much for that service. When I tried to call the man or I should say the manager, he was so rude and disrespectful that I ended up hanging up on him and I was being as. Polite as I could’ve been given the circumstances. WARNING!!! Buyer beware

CAUTION!!!! Make sure they allow you to see your vehicle and inspect for damage before signing the release of your vehicle!! It is written at the bottom of the paperwork but the employee still argued with me about being allowed to inspect my car and only would show pictures of my vehicle even after I read him his own statement on the paperwork. From the pictures I was not able to see the extent of the damage on my car and had already signed it. Shady business.

Jim was exceptional, I was broken down in Newburyport with a bad brake. Jim was very professional, amazing personality, great attitude I had a good time riding back with Jim!! He got my van back to the station in record time.

Called Stephen’s for flat tire, response time was quick. Within minutes Jim was there had the car hooked up and was giving me a ride. 10/10

How can a company, in good conscience, agree to tow a whole street of their neighbors when Medford gave less than 24hr notice of street sweeping and all the notices were washed away in the rain? Disgraceful.On top of that, they were rude and scolded me for going to the wrong entrance.

My car was towed on November 1, 2023 (for reasons I’m at fault for). When I went to go get my car two days later, the guy at the counter was very condescending right from jump. I didn’t appreciate being talked town to for absolutely no reason. The shorter dude who also helped me was very nice and understanding.
