“Stopped by Malden’s Post Office to send some holiday packages. Parking can be challenging at this location. Typical holiday experience with lots of people, but the line moved quickly. I arrived an half hour before their 3 pm closing time on Saturdays. The line moved quickly.
My only complaint is the woman that handled my package said aloud that her coworker needed to stop people from coming in because “I don’t have time to deal with them”. It was 3 pm so she had to help all the people behind me. But to say where customers can hear that she doesn’t have time to deal with people instantly made me not want to come back to this location. I will stick to only visiting my city’s post office in Melrose.”
“Pretty painless. Walked in, a girl glasses said hi, ushered me to the counter, took my package, scanned it and was done in 30 seconds. Quick and easy for returns. I don’t live in this area so I was expecting a horror story but nope, pretty easy time.”
