As a Walgreens customer I am on the auto-notification app do I am informed by text when I have a prescription ready. This is very convenient. This store is very clean, bright and almost always has what I need in personal needs (Shave Cream, toothpaste, shampoo etc)

I was at this Walgreens Friday October 18.
I have had good experiences there, but this time when I brought an item to the cashier,.it rang up at the wrong price. I showed a picture of the item with the sale price to the cashier and he said it was for a different size. When he finally tried to do a price adjustment, it took a long time and there was a line of people waiting. He was the only cashier working at that time.

Horrible customer service. I walked into the store being very patient and polite. Went to the pharmacy to pick up two prescriptions that I’ve never picked up before. Was instructed by my doctor to use coupons that I’ve never used before two people at the pharmacy were polite, but unfortunately, not trained well enough to know how to use those coupons which I was understanding and patient about. The pharmacy manager was rude from the beginning while I was waiting in line. I could hear how she was speaking to her employees. She was very rude and her name is Renae when it was my turn the two girls attempted to try and add the coupons, they’ve asked Renae for help and very rudely. She responded with. She’s gonna have to wait. I’m busy she’s going to have to wait. I am standing there and can hear her tone of voice and the way that she is speaking to her employees. I responded with that’s fine. I just got out of work. I don’t mind waiting ill just go grab a drink and I went and grabbed a drink and I came back and she was very rude again on explaining to me that my insurance paid $300 worth of the medication when in fact it was not 300. It was 287 so let’s be exact here. Her voice and her demeanor, and the way she spoke to me on explaining made absolutely no sense because why would anyone want hear anything you have to say with the way that you were speaking to me so no I didn’t understand. This pharmacy is close to my home. I come here all the time never have had issues. I asked the front cashier to call a manager so I can explain what I just experienced. She laughed and said good luck with that I’ve been trying to get a hold of him for 10 minutes. I waited upfront the manager, never even showed up the cashier never even asked me what the issue was what my name or number was so the manager can contact me. This is a Walgreens pharmacy, correct ? this is a place where people go to get the things they need. This is a place where people go to get their medication, this should be a place where employees treat customers with nothing but respect and kindness and try to be there to HELP! because that’s what they get paid for right? That’s the job that you applied to work at, I once worked at Walgreens full time as I worked another full time job and I’ve never treated an employee or a customer the way that I saw employees being treated and the way that I was treated. That type of behavior is unacceptable and unprofessional and why would anyone wanna go to that pharmacy again after experiencing what I just experienced that woman made me feel so uncomfortable if I ever have to go to the store again I will politely ask for someone else to serve me at that pharmacy, I saw the fear in the employees eyes when I asked for that managers name, but you know what I’m not scared reported her to the corporate office and I will copy and paste my review on every app. I don’t recommend going to this Walgreens or to that pharmacy. I highly suggest that corporate clean up this store.

Used to be my go to place to get prescriptions, but has gone downhill fast in recent years. The last three visits for what should have been routine RX pickups resulted in hour+ long waits. Once the employee forgot to tell me they were out of the antibiotic I needed even though I was in the waiting area. Twice the credit card machines were broken. Half the staff are miserable. I'll be going somewhere else after another bad experience today

I went in for a prescription, and the person who tended to me was disrespectful. She would not answer a question of why my prescription was not ready, I left then came back, same person and again told to wait, and another pharmacist took care of me, as the first person just didn’t want to take care of my transaction. I’m thinking of taking my business elsewhere. I don’t appreciate being bullied at the pharmacy.

Bad lighting no Internet access and really really slow registers for payment processing. It seems that the new registers did they purchased are really really slow boy did they get ripped off by their vendor that supplied them
