Used to be my go to place to get prescriptions, but has gone downhill fast in recent years. The last three visits for what should have been routine RX pickups resulted in hour+ long waits. Once the employee forgot to tell me they were out of the antibiotic I needed even though I was in the waiting area. Twice the credit card machines were broken. Half the staff are miserable. I'll be going somewhere else after another bad experience today

I went in for a prescription, and the person who tended to me was disrespectful. She would not answer a question of why my prescription was not ready, I left then came back, same person and again told to wait, and another pharmacist took care of me, as the first person just didn’t want to take care of my transaction. I’m thinking of taking my business elsewhere. I don’t appreciate being bullied at the pharmacy.

Bad lighting no Internet access and really really slow registers for payment processing. It seems that the new registers did they purchased are really really slow boy did they get ripped off by their vendor that supplied them

I’ve been trying to get prescriptions transferred over (CVS’) fault, but out of the 5 or 6 times I’ve called only once has someone been patient and kind at this Walgreens. I just got off the phone again and was given the biggest attitude for just updating the pharmacy on which CVS to call to transfer. I wanted all my scripts sent here from now on but if I have to deal with this attitude all the time I may not.

I went in to get my prescription after being at urgent care, I selected this location because the website and google said pharmacy was open till 8. When I got to the store at 6:59 there was a sign that said new pharmacy hours were closing at 7… I walked up to the pharmacy at exactly 7 and the pharmacist behind the counter was helping someone and there was one person in line in front of me. She agreed to help those two people because they were just picking up and said she could not help me, I asked even for pick up like them? and she said no the registers are closed… I understand they were closing but nothing online was updated with new hours and she was easily helping two other people, very frustrating when you need an urgent prescription with no sympathy or good customer service from staff.

Not sure if its a new manager on the weekends or what but the hospitality that I usually feel here at this store was lacking. Usually the manager smiles and says hi when I walk in but the guy today wasn't having all that extra stuff today lol. Same thing with getting quarters, they usually have no problem going to the side and getting me some. Today, she pretty much told me no before she even looked. Then popped open the register and said no. Made no attempt to look in the safe or whatever they usually do when they go get some. Literally the first time they didn't do it. Because of the quarters and the DCU ATM, I've been more likely to stop in here to get my cleaning or healthcare supplies but I think I'll stick with Target next door now on... Or at least stick with shopping here during the week, assuming the regular manager and employees are working. Definitely not shopping here on a Saturday again. That said, store is clean, organized, and I've never had any issues. But it's the little things for me.

The store itself is fine and clean and has great customer service but the pharmacy never has anything in stock four separate occasions four different prescriptions, they never have it in stock. It's annoying and I'm forced to go to another location. If you're getting a prescription here it's not even worth it because they most likely won't have it in stock.
