Living at RE150 has been an amazing experience, especially moving from the suburbs to closer to the city. Mark, Kathleen, and Lakara have all been wonderful and welcoming during our two year stay here. Their management style and compassion go a long way to support the operations here. The community is constantly cleaned and the amenities are a great addition. The gym is always clean and machines are regularly serviced. The common areas offer extra space for work or hanging with friends, or making new friends with neighbors! Another positive is the covered parking that is available at the apartment complex - so hard to find close to the city. One of my favorite perks of living here is being able to walk along the river on a daily basis and see so many cute dogs! I recommend this building to anyone looking to move to the Boston area!

My boyfriend and I moved into our apartment at RE150 in January and have had a great experience so far! The apartment complex is always clean, including the gym. It’s in a great location. The thing I love the most is the high ceilings and natural lighting. We hardly have the lights on because the windows bring in so much natural light. It’s awesome! Can’t say enough good things about RE150. Looking forward to having the pool open in the next few months!

We've had a great experience at RE150 for the last 2 years. Complex is located next to a park in a quiet neighborhood within a 15min walk from the Welllington T station. A free shuttle service also goes to the T stop during weekday commuting hours. Apartment is spacious with good natural lighting, high ceilings, and newer fixtures/appliances. Maintenance team is very responsive to requests and management is well-run with Mark and team.

Our time at RE150 was truly memorable, and we cherished the experience of living there for about three years until we started a family and needed to find a larger space. The overall environment at RE150 is impeccably neat and clean, creating a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. The convenience of the garage, especially during the winter months, offered a hassle-free indoor parking solution, shielding our vehicle from the elements. The amenities such as the pool area, gym, and the efficient package/mail room were valuable additions to our daily lives, enhancing our overall living experience. The standout feature, however, was the wonderful staff, with Mark leading the way. His professionalism and attentiveness made a significant impact, and the entire team contributed to making our time at RE150 enjoyable. My wife and I wholeheartedly recommend RE150 to anyone in search of an apartment. The memories created and the positive living experience are truly worth it. Thank you, Mark, and the entire team, for three wonderful years of calling RE150 home.

I feel obligated to write a review and WARN folks about this property, if you are thinking about living here... DON'T! We lived here 8/2023 to 11/2023 and had to negotiate to break our lease due to countless issues. This building is such poor quality if I could give this 0 stars I would.Pests: We had hundreds of bugs coming in through our patio door and in the carpets. The maintenance team hired an exterminator but the issue was never fully resolved.Apartment Condition: We had 10+ maintenance requests in the first month or so of living here. When we left there were still open tickets for some items. Garbage disposal was leaking, Dishwasher was broken, cabinets were not opening/closing properly, door knobs falling off doors, lights buzzing loudly and randomly (at 3AM waking us up).Construction: They are rebuilding all the balconies because the building was built poorly (What a surprise!). The workers work Mon-Fri from 9AM-4PM and the noise is constant. If you work from home you will hear it all day. When we toured the building initially in July 2023 we were strongly assured verbally by the leasing associate that the construction was "almost done" and should certainly be done by August 2023 when we move in. Fast forward to November 2023 and based on the progress they've made from when we moved in and out I am not confident they will be done until 2025 at this rate.Amenities: Sub par at best. Gym has old equipment as another recent review mentioned. The folks cleaning the commons areas use the cheapest cleaning solution and mop using dirty water. Every time I have walked past them the water in the bucket is murky and dark. Why bother cleaning with dirty water?Overall Summary: Save yourself the headache, just don't do it.

The staff are nice here. Especially the front desk lady.BUT, this apartment has a construction company renovating it. They bring a construction vehicle every day, and this vehicle makes a beeping noise whenever it moves. Moreover, these workers only work for a short while each day, and there has been little progress for a long time, which has been going on for over half a year. I feel like I'm mentally exhausted. I can't stay in the apartment during the day and have to work in other places, like Starbucks. If you're considering renting this apartment, please think it over carefully.

I resided in a one-bedroom apartment there for nearly a year. The manager is exceptionally pleasant and a wonderful person. Maintenance responds promptly and efficiently. The apartment complex is very clean, and there's an ample number of spots available in the garage parking. They also offer a shuttle service to the train station. I would easily rate RE150 with 5 stars!

Hidden Gem in Medford. Tough to find "newer" development in the Boston Area at a decent price. Modern Design with amazing amenities!!We compared several apartments in the surrounding area and decided to live here because of the nice environment, amenities (amazing updated gym), monthly events, maintenance team, convenience to nearby stores like Costco & Wegmans. We had a pleasant touring and leasing experience with Kathleen who was amazing. She was honest, truthfully and made the whole experience easy and straightforward. No matter what mood you are in, when you walk in the leasing office Lakara is waiting for you with a big smile on her face and friendly personality!!The management folks have always been tremendously welcoming and in particular Lakara, Kathleen & Mark gone out of their way on multiple occasions to help me out, especially since I broke my leg.My only negative aspect of the whole building is the lack of accessibility doors in the leasing office.

Bait and switch and cost cutting to the extreme. The friendly concierge who endeared me to the place was replaced by someone who looks like i puked on her shoes whenever I ask her a question, the events that were promised to build a community never happened, the construction to rebuild the amenity areas is never ending (and with no soundproofing, you will hear it, and your neighbors, at all times), the gym equipment is outdated, rusty and unsanitary (gym wipes are never available). +1 star since there are no complaints with maintenance. Won’t stay more than a year. There are plenty of other luxury apartments in the area, don’t waste your time with this one.

RE150 has all the amenities… great pool area with a bar and grills, great common space with pool table, foosball, large TV’s, and kitchen. It’s a great complex if you are a dog owner. The grounds are beautiful, with paths for walking, and there are plenty of puppy friends to play with. The manager, Mark, seems to really care about making each resident happy.

I've lived at RE150 for just over two years now and have had a great experience. It's a fantastic place to own a dog with plenty of green space and walking paths along the river. The management folks have always been tremendously welcoming and in particular both Lakara and Kathleen have gone out of their way on multiple occasions to help me out!

Haven't moved in yet, the apartment complex seems good, and the overall application process is okay, looking foward to moving in it.However, the only regret is that just the day after signing the lease contract, the rent price on the website dropped as a whole, and the move-in bonus also doubled compared to before. Before creating the lease contract, I was told that the price of the unit would increase if the move-in date was delayed, so I chose to rent and sign in advance to avoid the price increase despite I still not plan to move that early.I also wanted to ask if I could match the latest double move-in bonus, but was told that the bonus is still calculated according to the previous one.

We’ve being living here for a year now. Location is great and people living here are nice, but soundproofing is really bad. Walls are paper thin and you can hear every footstep from upstairs. Would be 5 stars if you’re living on the top floor.

We compared several communities and decided to live here because of the nice environment, amenities, and convenience to nearby stores like Costco, Wegmans, and etc. We had a pleasant touring and leasing experience with Lakara, Cody, and the manager Mark. Look forward to living here in a week!
