Living at RE150 has been a fantastic experience! The leasing team is incredibly responsive and always helpful, making the process smooth and stress-free. Maintenance requests are handled promptly, which is greatly appreciated. I also love the convenience of the workday shuttles—they’ve been a huge help!

When I first moved here i immediately felt uncomfortable. Within only the first day of moving in Lakara was making innapropriate comments stating how she told me to lease with her instead and knew kathleen would try and lease with me because of me having a sections 8 voucher followed by pointing out that always takes them for herself . Just when you would think that was weird and innaproprite enough she then proceeded to ask me personal questions about who is my boyfriend and assuming i had his mail or someone else mail sent here . She proceeded with snarky comment saying you cant have mail sent here that is not yours and I will be nice this time. this was disgusting as it was in fact my mail and ONLY my mail ever but she did not look to read the name clearly . My guest began feeling uncomfortable when visiting because of her looks of what are you doing here. This building has been nothing but uncomfortable because of the experiences since the FIRST day . For minorities/ lower income people in this building, they will try and find any little problem to turn it into a bigger one , it is most definetely not kid friendly at all . There are even more experiences i will vocalize soon enough . Very unprofessional it has been nothing but emotional stress & discrimination living here.

Moved in this August and I absolutely love it here, both the community and the apartment itself!
When I left my puffer jacket in the common area the past weekend and thought that I lost it. Mark offered to help search for it and we learned that our cleaning staff Elemilza helped kept in the closet and brought it to me. I am incredibly grateful for them and to be in an apartment with such attentive staff!

Great community and attentive staff. Love living in this building. Not only is this a great apartment building built with good quality materials and a great value for the price, but the front desk staff is always accommodating. We have had inconveniences that the leasing office has immediately addressed. Special shoutout to Kathleen, Lakara and Mark who have made my time at RE150 so special since I moved in a year ago!
Surrounding areas are nice. Very walkable and great community. Amenities are a nice touch

I love it here! I just moved in not too long ago and I’ve had such an amazing experience.
Starting with Kathleen the best property manager one can ask for I am beyond thankful for her! and then theres Ashley who is so sweet, friendly, kind & super helpful.
Moving in was smooth and easy thanks to these ladies. Ashley has helped me with anything and everything since I’ve moved in I’m beyond thankful for her as well. Having these ladies here means a lot it’s makes living here 10x better.

I am incredibly grateful for our apartment manager, Mark. Not only did he actively mediate when I had a conflict with my roommate, but he also approached the situation with immense patience and empathy, helping us find a solution that worked for everyone. Mark wasn’t just a mediator; he was a listener who genuinely understood and cared about our feelings. He even coordinated resources from different departments to ensure our living environment was unaffected.
Beyond that, Mark has been a great support in many areas of my life. For instance, when I encountered everyday issues, he was always willing to help, whether it was suggesting the best repair services or recommending local community resources. His assistance has made my life much easier and more enjoyable.
Mark’s work ethic and genuine care for residents have made me feel truly valued. He has turned this apartment into a real “home.” Thank you, Mark, for everything you do—I’m very fortunate to have a manager like you.

My stay in the RE150 community is very positive. The staff team is extremely helpful and supportive. The maintenance team addressed the repair issue promptly. One time, we ran out of hot water during a weekend night but the issue was addressed live by receiving technical support from the maintenance team through a phone call during off-office hours. The community is very friendly and quiet. Overall, I highly recommend RE150.

The building is clean and well-managed. The leasing office and maintenance staff are super friendly and professional. Easy to submit service requests through the portal and the maintenance staff will take care of them quickly (In the past few years, only needed to replace a small part in the dish washer and repair a drawer slide). Walking distance to the Wellington station and shuttle bus is available in the morning and afternoon. If you have a car, Trader Joe's and Costco are less than 10 minutes away. There is a surprisingly good Italian sandwich shop on the commercial street near DD. The river edge park right outside the building is a lovely place to walk or exercise after work.

my partner and i were looking for a new apartment recently and we stumbled across this beauty. it’s been so difficult for us to find good apartments with all of our wants and needs in a good price range. last week i had spoken with lakara (not sure if i spelled that name right) and she helped SO SO MUCH. my partner and i can’t wait to follow up and start our new life with our new family here. great community!!!

Shoutout to the front desk staff! Kathleen and Lakara really make this place feel like home. Also the maintenance staff is very efficient! provides great service and is always so polite. The support staff really makes it a worthwhile experience for me here. I am grateful!
