Awful! Grooming manager Danielle Correnti is awful. Rude. Unprofessional. And doesn’t want new customers. Said I need proof of rabies before grooming. That’s reasonable, so I got that. Asks when I walk in for 1st scheduled appointment what medical conditions, I tell minor heart murmur. “Oh no can’t groom dog till we get letter from vet on stationary that it’s low grade and he’s safe to groom.” I left and a week later got that letter . Made a second appointment. I come with letter. She says not good enough because it says low grade and not a grade number. At the store I call my vet, vet sends actual vet records and it says he is a grade 2 of 6., with date and vets name and clinic. Mgr won’t take that because it’s not on the SAME PIECE OF PAPER. Wants it re-typed on first letter. What?! SHE IS A DISGRACE TO YOUR COMPANY AND SHOULD BE FIRED. I will never use Petco and telling others! She had it out for me from the start. She was going to make it as difficult as possible and then I followed everything she wanted and still not good enough because info on 2 separate pages. Called corporate to be connected to her manager. They won’t connect me. It’s not their policy. But they will file a complaint to the manager with no guarantees of a return call to me. But the manager is the one I’m complaining about. Makes no sense. Doesn’t corporate Petco care what it’s managers are doing?. Who is policing them? Petco reputation in general is at stake.

The service at your store is terrible...people are rude...I just left there and an employee...a girl with glasses...at the register...I went to pick up a delivery for customer Brooke Bouden...she threw it from a huge distance inside the cart... a lack of education...

Store is supposed to be open at 9am yet I'm still outside the store. Disappointed they didn't change anything on Google maps.

Highly recommended to buy pet clothes, they have a lot of variety in everything, toys, food and the prices are reasonable, I love this place

The manger that was on duty as well as an associate from Vetco were very rude and unhelpful. I came in the store right before closing to buy my dog food and when returning to register I was told it was closed. There was no announcement as well as there were other customers still walking the store as I and no store associates walking around to help. Instead of allowing me to buy the food he continued to walk to back with his counted till. I then asked to speak to the store manager he proceed to tell me he can’t give out that information. I then asked for the district manager. He said “I can’t give out that information” and shut and locked the door on my face. A Vetco associate proceeded to walk out and I asked for the mangers name. She yelled back “YEA WE’RE CLOSED.” I said I was a customer. She said “ not anymore we are closed it’s not his fault”. Very rude and unhelpful when I’ve been a customer for years and only shop my pet needs with Petco. I will start to think of other options since the customer service is so bad.

By far the most unprofessional stores I've been too. I was looking for some filters in aquatics and I had two staff members. That looked directly at me and walked away from me. I never felt so belittled in my life. The lack of respect that this store showed. Especially a person of color. Petco... Do better.

Peter was of great help .. he was able to help with my petco account in the store when there was some confusion with having 2 accounts under 1 name and gave me help with how to merge my account into one

Spoke to 4 of the staffs and they were all friendly and helpful. Place is clean, spacious and I got everything I need; my 2 Guinea pigs and their necessities as a starter. Only thing is it can be slightly more affordable. Great experience! ??✨☺️
