Book her but don’t cause us not to have an appointment please. ?Although my little pup only sees Kirsten, the others at the grooming dept are amazing and beyond friendly.Kellie and Dyani are hands down the best! They are beyond friendly and helpful.Kellie continues to be patient and helpful with the issues on my account. Having no issue to contact corporate office to ensure they correct any issues with my account.Dyani always has a positive attitude and delivers the best customer service experience day over day, week over week.Always a pleasure going in on the weekend when they are working.Manager Alyssa is always helpful and friendly.The entire store remembers my pups name and gives her all the love. You can see their passion for pups and their customers.”

“First of all I drive an hour just to go here because the fish stores I have tried in New Hampshire do not have a good selection of corals. Every time I’ve called for advice or needed something for my tank they are always there to help. It’s an even better experience visiting the store in person. Dre is extremely friendly and always ready to help with what ever I need. They are always running specials and they have a point system which is fantastic because it cuts the prices down even more. Just to reiterate amazing store amazing staff. Definitely worth the drive!! Thanks love the reef !”

“5 stars for Polkadog!! It's been about a year since visiting Polkadog, after being frequent customers and moving away. We came back this past weekend to purchase a bulk order of treats to give as party favors and boy do we miss it. The variety of hand made treats and options on how to buy (a buffet of treats to build your own bag, 12oz bags of training treats, 5lb bulk bags, etc...) makes Polkadog one of a kind. The best place to spoil your pup!”

“I’ve brought my dog Sherlock in a few times for a bath and nail trim. Last time we got a call “do you like the grinch toes or should I trim those?” (referring to our dog’s fur on his feet). We kept the “grinch” toes and both Sherlock and we were happy about it!Also they have a great supply of dog treats (and catnip toys that I supply to my in-law’s cat out in Bolton).”

“I NEVER write reviews but I had to for this place!! ... for years I travel around to different exotic petstore just to stop in check out what they got, what care they give there reptiles etc. I have been to some well known places in the reptile keeper world. This place even though may not have as large of a selection as other places does an amazing job keeping there reptiles the way they should be ! You walk in and notice right away. They have one reptile per enclosure( in great size enclosures too), linear UVB, fresh greens, food! Hence why there isn't a huge selection at a time! This place usually has bearded dragons, snakes, geckos, spiders, a mainly in stock with some other lizards like uros, ackies, tortoises etc. I have always wanted a reptile my whole life and finally got the chance to get one! N bought a house a few months ago so that meant it was time I could get my scaly friend! Last Sunday I bought a bearded dragon from here. He's just a baby! So far this week he is eating fine, pooping like clockwork ( everyday Bout 1.5 hours after lights on. Totally healthy!! The lady that helped me was also amazing you will never go in here seeing staff just chit chatting! They are always doing something, checking in with customers, providing care for there animals! This is the place to go and support!!! We deffinetly need more places like it! No other place beats them in the area!!”

The store managers are always so kind and helpful and willing to order supplies that they may not carry in store. We ordered a fantastic dog bed (that our cat can't get enough of either) and leashes and pop in every few weeks for treats and other regular supplies. Highly recommend as a local pet supply store!”

“Can't say enough about Dog Eat Cake, I have bought several dog cakes in the past (much pricier might I add,) and the quality of this cake was ten times better. So much softer than regular dog cakes, it smelled SO good too. My dog loved it. The attention to detail on the cake was amazing as well. “Our first experience was concerning based on how the groomer acted - didn’t acknowledge or comfort our dog who was visibly uncomfortable and nervous, abrasive, and unwilling to answer/impatient with our questions - but we were convinced to return with a different groomer (Gaby) who has been absolutely wonderful with our pup! She’s excited to go for each groom (which is new). Gaby seems to anticipate the little things - e.g. she shut off the fans when our dog goes into the grooming room or is alone in there because they make her nervous. The grooms have come out very cute as well! They’ve also accommodated our requests for length of fur.Based on the much improved experience, we’re considering trying out the daycare as well!”

I think could tell that I was overly concerned about the condition she was in. Her hair was overgrown, and she was full of painful mats. I'm so very thankful that he fit her in the schedule the next day! Thank you, Jack!!A huge thank you to owner Karyn, Sara, and Robin for being so gentle and patient with Nevada during the grooming session! 8+ hours of work. We weren't sure what her temperament was going to be like...guess what?....she's still the sweetest, gentlest girl!”
“We have been getting our dog food from this store for over 10 years, but recently our children wanted to get fish - we stopped in got everything we need, and had great advice on setting up the tank, and when to get fish- we came back 2 days later and the kids were greeted with helpful, and knowledgeable staff, that also went above and beyond to help them explore other pets we weren't going home with (Scorpion, ferret, etc) and gave them a Halloween treat. Thank you for being friendly, helpful, and conveniently located in Medford!”
