I recently brought my car in to Jack's for services because one of the tires was about to pop. They were quick and affordable. I got my car back within 30 minutes. Many thanks to their team. Will definitely come to this place whenever my car needs services.

The homophobic troll who was pumping gas on Xmas eve simply does not have a place in a customer service facing capacity. Didn't know I was going to nearly have to get into a physical altercation for simply asking for 10 more dollars of gas whilst we were the ONLY car in the lot.

They fixed our car. But extremely disrespectful to customers. Bully into trying to get more money out of them. Pushy about picking up the car as soon as it was done. Overall disrespectful and won't recommend this to anyone.

Do not fill the gas here unless you want to repair your car engine later. I hope everyone can see it before stop by here for gas. I used to do state inspections here a couple of times, and stop by for gas. I have been trusting these guys without any problem until this Sunday when I filled my car with their gas here. The engine ran into problems on Monday morning and I had to call a tow truck. The technician at the dealership said the gas I got from this station failed for all tests. It is possible that they just added too much ethanol which is much cheaper. Actually when the technician showed me the sample he got from my car tank. See the picture I attached. Anyone could tell it was not like gas, it is something very clear. my car tank was nearly empty on that day before filling here, and I filled full. So I know the gas must come from Jak's. Bottom line, this gas station may give you a low price for gas, but be prepared to spend a few hundred dollars to repair your car if you use their gas. I am not sure how many people will run into problems like me after filling gas here this week. Good luck with them.

Gas is always cheaper than the Mobil station across the street. I also go here for my inspection and it's super reasonable and gets done fast. Had a tire patched here too and told me to come back for a new tire when I need one. I will definitely be back! Very reliable.

I recently transferred my car from out of state and had to get my car inspected for the first time in MA. For the first time doing this by myself out of state (and first time failing!) they were super fast, friendly and honest in their inspection. I brought my car back in the next morning to get an exhaust leak fixed and within a few hours it was fixed and very reasonably priced. It's hard to come by a place that doesn't feel like they're taking advantage of you as a young lady but I greatly appreciated their honesty and sympathy with how expensive the world is lately! Definitely coming back for my next inspection!

In Massachusetts they pump your fuel. It's a novel concept in this day considering few states still require employees to pump. I know NJ still requires..The location in Medford is just outside Tufts University. It's a tiny old school station probably owned by Jack. It's a two pump operation. I recall a three garage operation for car repairs. Everything I saw was clear of debris. As soon as I pulled up a male attendant exited the building to get my order. This all just seemed weird. Once the fill up was complete payment was taken by credit card. No offer to clean the windows or check my oil. A good stop and above average. Maybe I could get use to full service like in the day.

Went in to have my tire fixed since it was leaking air only had to wait 15-20 for them to do it, and they did it quickly and a cheap price would def go again for auto fix!!

Honest and fair price's. They quoted 2200 and then found the problem. $220 was the cost. Took 20 minutes. I will drive from Boston to come here. Anyone would of taken advantage. Bless these brothers.
