***UPDATE***
Was about to have my old car transported out of state to my son, and the evening before I find the climate control broken. Nick drove out to pick up a replacement part early next morning, installed it in front of my house, and then gave me a ride home from the car dropoff point. That's what I call going the extra mile(s)! Thanks, guys.
I have been going to Mallet for many years because I trust them.
They fix the problem, communicate pricing upfront, and don’t charge me an arm and a leg. The staff is helpful and friendly. Great service.

5 stars every time. I showed up at the end of the day on a Thursday with an issue that I’d neglected for too long, and made a plan to drop it off Friday at 5 pm so that it could be looked at first thing Monday morning. I received an update call Monday morning with the issue and price estimate- which was accurate at time of payment/pick up later that day. The issue is resolved, and it’s so nice to have a trusted car service place. They are always willing to chat quick (even at the end of their busy days!) and help you out asap. Heard of them by word of mouth, and continue to pass them on as my own recommended place. Thank you!!!

Mickey clocking on the corner protecting his turf is always our highlight. Nice job washing that tire as well. But seriously, we have never been disappointed with anything coming out of Mallet Automotive. Great communication, qualified mechanics, and Ed there to run the show makes all the difference. 5 stars across the board!

Ordered tires online Monday to be installed here on Friday, as they are listed as an installer. On Wednesday I hadn't got installation confirmation, so I called myself to confirm. Everything set for Friday AM to install. Thursday I see on the tracking that the shipment was refused. So I called back to ask what happened. I was told they don't do that anymore. I asked why was I able to call the day before and make the appoinment, and they hung up on me.Edit after owners response: well your business is listed as an installer on simple tires website, and someone on your staff confirmed, by phone, on Wednesday, that your could install my tires Friday morning, and take delivery. And simple tire called you also on Wednesday about payment through their platform, and instead we arranged for me to pay you directly. So it's a bit odd that you've somehow never heard of this. And finally, when I called today to try and work with you to fix it, you hung up on me.

Love working with the team at Mallett. I know I will get great work done at a reasonable price, and that everyone has my best interest in mind.Quick example: Brought my car in for an oil change and the low tire pressure light was on. Didn't mention it to anyone, but they filled my tires up for me no charge. It's a small thing but really shows the attention to detail and care of the team!
