I bought an LG dryer two weeks later the dryer broke. I called the store and LG customer service. Unfortunately the store didn’t help and I’m still waiting for LG repair to come fix my dryer. I have been without a dryer for a month. I would not but from the store and I would never buy an LG product again.

I had never been to this place before, my husband knew about it. All appliances, with superficial scratches etc, or just returned “not needed”, all in working order, all on sale!! They have refrigerators, washers and a ton of dryers, microwaves and I’m guessing they had stoves too but I was there for a washer. Found one with no scratches at all, and they have a delivery service as well. Michael was incredibly helpful and patient as I tried to look around and talk to him while keeping track of my 2 year old!!Highly recommend checking here first if you need a new appliance!!!

Just purchased a washer and paid 150 for delievery with the promise that the door would be reversed. Actually even the the paper that was put on the washer to reserve the piece, said to reverse the door. That promise they made us at purchase. The people who dropped it off didn’t know how to do it. (This is not a review of the delivery company, they were fine and the employees were nice) The store called the next day and said that the company that does the drop off does not reverse the door bc of liability reasons. Okay so why didn’t you reverse the door in the store? Like you said you would? Also the man on the phone, had the audacity to be the rudest human alive. Stay away from this store. Thanks Lowe’s team, high five.

The absolute worst I’ve ever been treated as a customer in my entire life.My fiancée and I picked out appliances for our new home, and paid for delivery.The day before as promised, we got a confirmation call with a window for our delivery. We were told between 10 AM and 2 PM. No one ever came no one ever called. When I finally got in touch with the store. The manager told me “we are super busy, we use a third-party delivery company, which I told you is terrible. You should just come pick the items up yourself. I don’t know what to tell you, the only person who can is the delivery company.”Delivery company manager called me and promised a new delivery window between 3:30 PM and 7:30 PM. No one ever came no one ever called. We waited until 8:30pm drove back to the apartment we are moving out of and got a call at 9 o’clock saying that the drivers were in our driveway. We asked them to wait, they agreed, and we drove back to our new home to discover the drivers had left. When I called the driver at 9:45 they told me they would be back in 25 minutes. We waited until 11 o’clock at night and our neighbors confirmed that no truck ever came after that. We would have been there all night.To expect a consumer to accept a delivery after 11pm at night is ridiculous.Next morning Lowe’s customer service told me that Lowes outlets, and Lowe’s stores are two different entities, and that they could not help me. Despite the fact that we signed up for a Lowe’s credit card in the outlet store. I had no idea here my order was.I did not receive communication the entire day until another delivery manager called me at 2 o’clock and said she sent a team to pick my order up again by 4:30 PM and deliver it to my house that day. My order was not picked up until 5:30pm and was not delivered until 8pm.The delivery people damaged my rear slider door and completely destroyed my screen. I will never shop at Lowe’s for the remainder of my life.

Nice place to get discounted appliances such as fridges washers dryer stoves with cosmetic damage and deep discounts. Items are available right there, delivery is possible for extra money

Wish I never stepped foot in this place. I'd strongly recommend spending a few extra dollars and buy from a local appliance store. We bought a washer & dryer and the dryer broke after 4 weeks. Before that though we had a nightmare install experience. You pay $100 for delivery and "installation" which is done by a 3rd party delivery company (not Lowes). It was clear they don't want to install anything and look for any excuse not to. First they told me they didnt know if the washer connections were working right and they didnt want to disconnect. Then they told me I bought the wrong kind of vent (semi rigid) and I needed a fully flexible (even though Lowes sold me the correct one - and any installer knows that fully flexible is a fire hazard). So basically they just dropped the washer/dryer and left without installing. Calls to the store and we couldn't get a manager to call us back and address the issue (and reimburse us for the installation) and I had to go buy new parts and install myself. Flash forward 4 weeks and the dryer stopped working. Lowes warranty doesnt kick in so I had to work with Maytag, who took almost 3 weeks and multiple technician visits/parts to get my new dryer working again. When it was said and done, it was just a bad connection. That's what happens when you buy refurbished units from an outlet - many small connections could be damages and you're left without a working dryer. All said, you dont even save much money over regular Lowes as often regular lowes offers free delivery and install, vs here where you have to pay. Please do yourself a favor (and the headaches I experienced) and go elsewhere.

We just moved into a unit that needed major appliance updates. We shopped for three weeks for them. We happened to visit this store during it's Labor Day sale. It is very competitive there, so if you see something you like, you must make the purchase on the spot. We purchased an electric range and refrigerator. During purchase, the cashier asked if we needed the items delivered and old appliance removed. I said yes to delivery and yes to old range removal. They only mentioned the price and in no way went into the details of any shipping/haul away policy. They charged my credit card filling for the appliances and future services.On delivery day, the deliverer took measurements of doorways, etc, and said appliances wouldn't fit and tried to just leave on the spot. My wife begged them to try, so they took the range and tried to move it into the front stairway. It would not fit because of the stove's handle bar. Most moving companies would remove the door/handle bar, but not this one, which was very surprising and frustrating. Keep in mind, I took all the measurements myself before I made the purchases, so I knew it would fit. They decided to leave our house without delivering, saying that Lowes would be in touch with us.A few days pass and nobody contacted us. We assumed everything (including the shipping costs) would be refunded completely without us doing anything; we were wrong. We had to physically go back into the store and mention what had happened and request a refund. The cashier tried to sell us on more appliances before making the transaction. We were quite irate to begin with, but when we saw what she did with the refund without mentioning it we were extremely upset. She tried to slip the fee for the delivery service by us (she did not refund the $100) and didn't mention it at all. We had to look closely at the receipt.We were upset because the delivery service was not rendered yet they said they could not refund us that money. The delivery service did not even make a good attempt at delivery. Lowes just acknowledged that delivery was by a third party vendor and could not refund the money we had paid for it.Extremely disappointed at how Lowes could not stand by the product and any services they offered. Even if it's by a third party service, you should stand by this service if you are charging for it.Thinking about this while experience again is infuriating...

I love lowes I get all of my appliances there and they are cheaper than home depot and if you buy new they ship it. Best buy and home depot charge a lot for delivery

I was looking for new stove here several months ago. Got a good price, but they would have charged me $200.00 for delivery, killing any savngs I would get from them. Last time I did this it was $50.00 or free
