They totally ripped me off and overcharged me. I was shocked when my total was $500. Be aware of this before going. Also the place is disgusting and needs to be cleaned.

Terrible take over by Teva. Corporation doesn'mt make things better for customer that's a fact. I have been at Dr.Looby's for many years (over 15) and had excellent care for my 2 dogs and all my dogs I took there. Dr. Maui, is a great vet but unfortunately, this take over and lack of good service has pushed me to look soewhere else. Despite numedous calls due to my sick puppy, noone got back to me. I had to call 4 times on 2 different day. This to me is unacceptable countless the fact that they are open week days 9-5pm with no weekend hours available. NO. I do not recommend this place.

My family has brought our pets to Thrive (formerly Looby Vet Group) for almost twenty years. We have always found the vets and other staff to be extremely efficient, kind, and helpful. If our pets could talk, we know they'd agree!

Called 3 days ago, on a Monday and left multiple messages to have never been called back. Thank goodness there are many more reliable reliable vet placesResponse to the owner:You are either a liar or really have zero idea what you're talking about. My review name is different from the one I left for that call back that never came. Even if i Had missed it (which I didn't) 100% of people returning a call, leave messages.Your people dropped the ball, just own it!

Best and most affordable pet healthcare I have ever experienced. Dr. Trazinski (hope I am spelling that correctly) has been amazing in the ongoing care of my dog. You can tell that they truly care about your pet. I have never felt as confident and reassured by a veterinarian in the 13 years I have had my dog. I will ever take my baby or future babies anywhere else because the care my pet receives from them is above and beyond. After our most recent visit Dr. Trazinski asked that I call them the next day to update them on my pups well-being because they cared that much. I have never experienced such care and concern on the behalf of my dogs vets and I couldn’t be happier. I have no doubt that my baby is in the best hands possible when it comes to his healthcare and I have/will continue recommend Thrive to anyone I know who has fur babies of their own.

Looby has for the last 5 years been a trusted location for both my sister and myself for myself. My Scottie, her two cats receive excellent care. I would comment that at times it has been difficult to receive front desk care. Long waits, 20 minutes on hold?

Quick summary of this one star rating: This vet office is completely overwhelmed and unorganized, and deeply neglects pet care as a result. Find somewhere else to go if you care for your pets.After bringing our cat in for recent issues, bloodwork revealed a multitude of problems. We are always ready to do whatever it takes to improve the quality of life for our pets. They are family members to us. We have spent thousands of dollars over the years with our pets at this practice. After weeks of hounding the front office for any kind of follow up with the vet or techs after our visit, having almost no follow through with any commitment spoken by them over the phone, and finally getting some treatment options in place, things took a turn for the worse and we ended up having to bring our sweet cat to another vet where we ultimately had to say goodbye to her. It was a nightmare that could have been prevented by any kind of communication from this office. It’s taken me a couple of months to be able to write this. The level of neglect shown for our pet and our situation is beyond words. I still have not heard anything by from them. I believe Dr T is a good vet and a good person - but the front office staff is doing a deep level of disservice to this organization.

Corina is wonderful! I cannot thank her enough for everything she has done for my 13.5 year old pup Luna. Always so good with my pup - Luna loves her to pieces! Looby is very lucky to have her!!

I bring my cats there all the time and they are always very excellent in helping them to get better. I highly recommend them. My oldest cat Woody passed away and now her sister Sabrina is about to go soon also, poor babies. I had them for nearly 18 years. I will get a dog or puppy next and will be happy to have them take care of my dog as well.
