Best place to get a same or next day appointment for an eye exam. They took my mass health (mine is connected to tufts and was affordable) and the doctor was extremely friendly and professional. They took the time to sterilize the rooms before I went in which was much appreciated and I got there early and they were able to take me early.
The eye doctor took my issues that I was concerned about seriously and did a more thorough exam of my eyes.
100% worth it.
As for glasses they're name brand and a bit pricey but they're really nice and have quality.

An arm fell off my glasses while visiting the area on holiday. Staff kindly and courteously repaired them whilst I waited and wouldn't take payment for that service.

Brought my glasses in for normal wear and tear assistance. Even though I had purchased the protection plan, it had apparently lapsed a few months ago without them contacting me asking if I wanted to renew.
They offered absolutely no help, and told me to buy new frames online. Garbage customer service, will not return.

Had a great experience both with the eye doctor and the folks at the LensCrafters. I had to go in and get my prescription changed and my eyes measured again. I worked with Dominic, who was kind, patient, and thorough. I was able to get my lenses fixed for free!

Nice people, great service. I got my glasses fix here without any charge, and only took ~ 10 minutes. Would definitely come back here if I need anything related to glasses
