I used to do my taxes at A HR and I reach out to a different office for help to help me find on line, a page , the Lady @ H&R BLOCK 468 Salem st medford ma 02155 LADY was RUDE and said she
wouldn't beable to help to show me that page to find even after I said I had a learning disorder. besides the fact. she was So RUDE with her rude laughed and snicker addutide and also she tried to lie , she lied stated. that today April 15th. was the last that I can have them done
and about the date. when taxes had to be done even though state taxes aren't due until APRIL 17th because of holiday , She wouldn't give her name BESIDES H&R BLOCK cost way much PEOPLE GO GET THEM DONE NY PRIV PEOPLE !!! IT COST $90 .FOR MINE SAME THINGS OM GETTING DONE THAT H&R BLOCK COST $480. so PEOPLE FIND A PRIV PEOPLE TO DO THEM J&R BLOCKS A RIP OFF TRUST ITS NOT WORTH THE CHARGE OF THEM DOING IT

Arrived 15 minutes early for my 4 pm appointment. At 4 I was told it should be another 10-15 minutes. At around 4:30, another guy comes in without an appointment, so they start helping him immediately. I walked out at 4:40 and they didn't seem to care.

Extremely rude and unhelpful. Don't bother trying to use the online software or the "professionals" here, they will just lead you on a wild goose chase, pile on service fees, and leave you empty handed.

Went in for 1 on 1 with Pat. She arrived 20 min late and her first words were "You look like you're in a bad mood." She clicked through the software and I immediately realized this was no different than if I had filed online myself. I asked clarifying questions and her answer to each was "I don't know." At the end, I asked what my refund was and she said "I don't know, I already closed out." I later discovered she had erroneously added taxable HSA distributions to my return (should have been 0) which reduced my refund by $1200. I called back and she refused to help. I was later able to connect with Jill, who immediately saw the issue and resolved within 30 minutes (thank you, Jill).

Jill does a great job on my taxes.She's nice and friendly and explains my tax situation to me in simple terms so that I understand it.I had a 3pm appointment and she took me as soon as I walked in at 3pm.She makes getting my taxes done so easy.I'll be back next year.
