Hogan & Van recently fixed my car after it was rear ended. They did top notch work and made the entire process of working with the insurance company very easy.

I recently had my car fixed at Hogan & Van Auto Body and overall, the experience was positive. The customer service was excellent, and the staff were friendly and professional throughout the process.
However, I did notice a few small details that could use improvement. While I appreciate that my wipers were replaced, the spray wiper hose was not put back in place properly. Additionally, the new wipers do not align with the original position, which has affected the automatic rain sensor. Now, the wipers go at a much faster speed than before, rather than adjusting to the amount of rain as they used to.
On the bright side, the painting looks great and matches well with the rest of the car. Overall, I'm satisfied with the major repairs but would appreciate more attention to detail on the smaller aspects.

Hogan & Van did a great job repairing my truck after someone hit it recently. Whoever did the paint blending did a fantastic job because I can't even notice a difference to the original paint. They are incredibly professional (and friendly) and easy to get in contact with. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone

I just recently had my truck fixed and it looks better then when I bought it at the dealership. I wouldn’t trust any other auto body shop but them! They have great workers and do fantastic work.

My car looks brand new after a bumper/rear panel repair at Hogan and Van! They have outstanding attention to detail and went above and beyond. They were also very flexible working with my schedule, insurance and rental care companies! Very highly recommend!!

Just picked up my VW id.4 from Hogan & Van (it's an EV, BTW). I had a minor fender bender which resulted in a lot more damage than was visible from the scratched bumper and slight bend in the hood. The car is back, in perfect condition, looking better than ever.More importantly, their team was amazingly professional. When I first went to drop it off for our scheduled appointment, they warned that obtaining parts would take a while, and that I was in for a long wait. Dan came out to my car, did a thorough inspection of the damage, and made a list of parts he knew were going to be needed. He then sent me away and told me to bring the car back when the parts came in.When it was finally time to have the repair done, they kept me up to date on the progress, especially about their communications with my insurance company. Because of the extent of the damage, the adjuster had to make at least two supplements to the original estimate.In the end, the car was completed, but the insurance company wouldn't pay H&V the higher labor rate associated with electric vehicles. Dan and the team went for bat for me with the insurance company (along with my repeated, un-returned calls). The insurance company wouldn't budge, so H&V put it down as "lesson learned" and didn't charge me for the additional labor.I hope I never need to use their services again, but I won't hesitate to go back if I do, and will tell anyone who asks about this.Clearly a family run business with a lot of integrity. Website says "Hogan & Van Auto Body works with all insurance companies. It doesn't matter who you're insured with. We can always take care of your repairs and we can review our repair plan with whoever your insurance carrier is."This is not true and they flat out said they would not work with my insurance provider under any circumstances and that if I went into the shop with my insurance there's nothing they could do for me.

I would definitely recommend Hogan & Van. I found them through the list of certified repair shops on the Subaru website. My car looks great and the staff were very friendly and helpful. They let me know quickly that there was more damage that wasn't visible orginally and reached out to my insurance for additional coverage. They kept me updated on the progress and answered all of my questions. When my insurance was being difficult, they helped me work with them and followed up with the appraisers. My car is in great shape now and I ended up getting the insurance coverage I needed.

I highly recommend Hogan & Van as your first stop for any needed autobody work. My car was hit a month ago and the team was so helpful throughout every step of the process. Even when my car was eventually declared a total loss, they helped me to navigate the next steps with ease. George, Aimee, and team were responsive, honest, and beyond helpful.
