Saved a ton of money flying into Boston, spending a night at Encore and renting from these guys vs the airport. Excellent customer service, highly recommend.

Booked a car as available and upon arrival they only had a larger more expensive car which they said they couldn't substitute, but would have to uncharge me for.
Several system issues that ended with me walking across the street to Enterprise.

Warning!!! Do not rent from here. Come pick up time, they didnt have the car we booked and wanted us to pay more for the 1 car they did have. Worst place ever!! Lady walked away and wouldn't talk to us. She said they haven't gone to Logan airport yet to pick up cars. Go to enterprise across the street. Enterprise was amazing! They were happy and helped us out no problem. They said costumers constantly come from this hertz location to theirs because hertz just doesn't care about their customers. Save yourself the headache avoid this hertz location.

The low reviews are true. This place is terrible. Hertz across the board in the Boston area is terrible.
After getting nowhere with getting a car rental from Hertz, I switched to Enterprise and the experience has been night and day different.
They day I was supposed to pick up a rental with Hertz. I called them to make sure my pick up time was all set. They said yeah, come on in! I come in, they have NO CARS available. None for the foreseeable future.
Multiple people were coming in for their confirmed pick up time, also not being informed they had no actual cars. Hertz SHOULD HAVE CALLED US AND CANCELLED OUR PICK UPS.
I called other Hertz locations..they also had no cars on their lot. They also tell everyone if they do get cars in stock (OVER A WEEK WAIT)..its going to be electric which is a total scam.
TLDR: switched to Enterprise and the experience has been GREAT. Professional customer service. No car stocking issues. No electric vehicles. And they asked me what kind of car I wanted! Please Please Please don't even bother with Hertz & go with enterprise .. you will save yourself so much time + stress.

Hertz need to change this staff member the old white man. Honestly he is too slow, chit chatting with other customers, and when you ask him any questions he starts you're "ooh delaying me if I am going to answer or talk to you" and he quickly forgets he was serving you, He starts chatting again to other customers who are being served by other Staff. He is just incompetent, to slow, very abrasive and defensive. Honestly how can you serve one customer the whole 4hrs. I got there 10:00am left 04:00pm, without being served. Basically Hertz needs to give him lessor work or relocate him or do something.

If you have technical problem with your rental, and for some reason you need to deal with this office, it's going to be a slow painful experience. Look the reviews, compare service and take an alternative. This place is very inefficient.

This location needs efficient staff. I spend at least 1 hour to pickup the car which I have reserved online. I don't understand why do the staff have small talks with customers. I understand the small talk part but it is never a small talk, they end up discussing a lot. Your small talks are taking up other customers time.
It takes me a max of 5 mins to rent out from Airport, but to rent out of this location is always a challenge. I've rented thrice and never a pleasant experience
The location really needs better staff and management. I wish I had an option to select negative stars.

Rented from this location twice and both times had a terrible experience with loooooooooong wait times and terrible customer service. Would have given 1 star, but Stacey was amazing when I returned my recent rental. There was a mix up with my insurance not covering the full rental time and I owed over $300, but she walked me through the process of how to get it fixed. After getting my insurance coverage sorted, called back Stacey and she closed out my rental, no extra charges. Really appreciate your Customer Service, Stacey.

Super rude staff. Booked manager special car that wasn’t supposed to be electric, and the manger told me rudely they have only electric car while there were more than 20 non electric car parked outside.

Didn't get the car I booked. Car I got was a downgrade and filthy, not cleaned whatsoever. Actual bottle of pee in the backseat. Nothing was done, guy at the counter could not care less. Good luck getting someone with Hertz on the phone.

The worst car rental location I have ever been to. I am an experienced business traveler and have had gold status for over 20 years. I showed up this morning to pick up my car and they told me they rented it out to someone else. then they told me they had no cars. They told me they had a policy that if you aren't there within an hour of pick up you lose your car. No policy is anywhere to be found.
This location is old, dirty, slow and the customer service is NON EXISTENT. On top of that, the personnel appear to not showered and or have any professional appearance. I am calling Hertz because in all of my years of travel, I have never encountered such absolutely poor customer service. I went across the street to Enterprise who went above and beyond to put me in a car in less than ten minutes, with NO reservation. If I was the HERTZ president, this location would be shut down. This is not the experience that HERTZ wants. I will never ever ever go back to this location even though I have gold status and will tell everyone I know NEVER to rent here again.

When I come to pick the car up. They just say they have no car with out notices. No one call or no one let me know before I came here. The guy work here just say I can’t help you.
