This is the worst service department I have been to in my life. I brought my car in the first week of November and they found an engine issue. Once they were aware my car had a warranty, the problems commenced (dealerships hate dealing with warranty companies) They told me they would contact the warranty and call me back! They never did! A week passed by, I called everyday and they never picked up/blocked my number. I had to go in person to find out the issue and they told me they had called the wrong warranty company. They then called the right one and spoke with them. Warranty agreed to cover the costs of the repairs. Dealership says they will do the work. A week passes (I return from vacation) dealership still hasn't done the work. They tell me "warranty will cover but getting the parts is difficult". I then tell them give me my car back and they drive it out and simply say "sorry". For the sake of your sanity, do not come to this place! They held my car hostage for 3 weeks, refused to answer my calls, never fixed the problem, lied and even the warranty company told me to seek service somewhere else. 0 STARS! AVOID!!!!!!

Do not - I repeat - do not take your vehicle to this dealer for any service and / or repair needs on your Jeep. I took my vehicle there, paid the outrageous invoice, went to pick up my vehicle only for it to have the SAME exact problems. I left the vehicle there, spoke with front desk and after more than a month I haven’t heard back from them. It’s been frustrating to say the least.

Please read this before going to have your car services at Grava Jeep in Medford.In all the years of bringing car to dealers this has to be the worse experience I ever had. This is the first and last time I bring my car there.I went in to have four tire replaced. Something that should have taken two hours at most took four and a half hours.I ended up paying an extra $487 Dollars because they said the aluminum caps had corrosion which does make since because I fill the air in the tire 2 weeks prior and use my finger to put them back on. (see picture)They made them tighter themselves.And after all the wait they said you are all set your car is outside and they gave me the keys. The tires had all this glum all over them (see picture)They told me the glue will come out if I take it to a car wash.Worse customer service I've seen.A total scam no doubt. If I can give them less than one star I would.

As someone who usually dreads the whole “car buying experience” let me say that Grava was a breath of fresh air. Nick Pesiridis was extremely responsive when setting up an appointment, and extremely professional once we arrived. He was able to answer many questions thanks to over 10 years of business experience, and helped get me into a Jeep that was perfect for what I was looking for. Frank at the front desk was also great, very friendly and super helpful. He was able to work with me and made me feel like more than just another sale, which is refreshing these days. Both Nick and Frank were able to turn a day usually filled with frustration and anxiety into a very smooth and welcoming experience. So thank you to Nick and Frank and the whole team at Grava! You know I’ll be back coming back as soon as I need another vehicle.

I love Grava!! I have always had a great experience there!! Nick Pesiridis was so helpful, fun to talk to and asked what options I was interested in. He listened and showed me exactly what I was looking for. They are never pushy and always have my best interest in mind. I always recommend Grava to friends and family! I have gone here for the last 9 years and will continue to get my vehicles there in the future!Actually, I don't even live in MA lol I make the trip down from NH lol

My Lease from Grava Jeep would be over next month. I have been extremely happy with this dealership. I decided my ext lease would be with Grava again. Love how great there Jeeps handle and never let me down. Alec Firicano, was my salesman and he was fantastic. He helped me with everything I need to do, to get my Jeep right away. He was very knowledgeable and patient. I went in Tuesday and drove my new Compass home on Wednesday. It was the best and easiest, non-stressful lease. I'm so happy and satisfied. Chris

One of the worst experiences of my life working with Grava on my vehicle repair. I was repeatedly lied to by service manager Brian about my cars timetable, I was always told over the phone I would be called back, maybe one time out of the 30 times I was told that, did it happen. My car was in their shop for 14 months. I made payments on the vehicle for over a year with nothing to drive. Grava covered a rental car for me for 7 days. 7 days out of a 14 month period. They told me to contact Chrysler for a reimbursement, which was denied today. Thanks for nothing but a giant headache and financial burden Grava. Never go here for any reason. When my vehicle was “repaired” finally after the 14 months it took, I had to bring it back in twice more immediately. Thanks for nothing but a giant headache and financial burden Grava.

Such an amazing experience at this dealership. Frank and Nick are the absolute best. Nick was my sales guy and he went out of his way over and over again to make sure I was happy and helped find a price that worked for me even in such a tough car market. Katelyn Paz denied me of the opportunity to make an appointment and come in and test drive vehicles.Due to 2 different disabilities, I need to be able to test drive the car before deciding on a purchase. I can't just merely sit in it.I was told that I can not test drive a car because other people don't want to see a handful of test drive miles. I told her that I need to be able to actually drive the car, not just sit in it.Absolutely terrible policy. I'll be looking for a dealership who wants to actually cater to all types of customers

Kahlil McCarthy was very responsive and kept me informed during the whole process of purchasing my new Jeep. He made what is sometimes a difficult and time consuming process simple, fast, and straightforward. He also has followed up numerous times since buying my Jeep to check in and see if I needed anything or had any questions or concerns. That’s what I consider customer great customer service!
