    Had to change rooms. Room was not clean especially the toilet. Had a rude front desk experience . Would not stay here again. Overpriced and underperform.     It was noisy, towel was rough, paper thin windows, noisy air condition, and parking lot is across the street. But the bed was comfortable and friendly staffs. We won't go back.

    What a wonderful staff and place to stay. We have had a couple of travel issues and the hotel has been accommodating and beyond helpful. The location is great, with restaurants within steps of the hotel. This is our go to hotel when we visit our daughter in Boston.
