We hired Express Remodeling Group for installing central heating and cooling in our home to replace our existing gas baseboard heating system and we loved the experience working with them. They were professional, efficient and their communication was excellent. We will definitely look to hire them again for future projects!

Express Remodeling Group has been outstanding to work with. From the beginning of the process where we were comparing quotes till the end of the project, and after where we had to get a couple of things added, fixed, Wagner and his entire team have been professional, on time, on budget and flexible to our needs and schedule. We hired them to do a large renovation at our house converting two rooms into a master bedroom, adding a second bath, remodeling the kitchen, opening the dining room, adding a deck and completing an attic with a dormer added. We could not be happier with the results. They took care of everything, including helping us select appliances, fixtures, etc. Additionally, Express Remodeling did an excellent team work with our architect Malvina Lampietti from SWZ Architects, which made the entire process better.Hire them for your project. We had an excellent experience working with Express Remodeling Group, LLC. Compared to other contractors we used for other projects, they were extremely professional and responsive, keeping us informed with every step of the project and with great professionalism. They added a new bathroom to our school. The work completed was what we asked for and they were quick to respond when we noticed something needed an adjustment or if materials were needed. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone looking for remodeling projects.

The server was nowhere to be found. Ordered fries, got a baked potato, was brought the wrong appetizers. Very slow on drinks, I set for over 10 minutes, with my empty on the end of the table, before I was asked if I wanted another.

I have never posted a review in my life however, I would like to post one for Xpress remodeling, recently, we had the kitchen renovated down to bare studs ceiling, included and flooring, Xpress remodeling ,electrical, demo, and drywall, plastering, tile, flooring, appliances, finish carpentry, they did an incredible job, I was a bit apprehensive spending the money, but it was well spent. I can’t say enough about the quality of workmanship, the work ethic of all the workers, they were professional, and they certainly were a masters of their craft. It was a pleasure to do business with them, also Christina and Samantha in the office, outstanding ,they posted photos of the work that very day. In fact, I think they did it before they left, cleaned up every day. Any email was answered almost immediately, and any concern addressed and I would not hesitate to use express remodeling for anything, I only wish I hadn’t already done my bathrooms over! The old saying is true you get what you pay for and what you get with them is the best , absolutely flawless was a great experience. I can’t recommend them enough, and also a shout out to the designer we used that works with them Katie, you won’t find any better! Thanks.Service: Home renovations

This was a complete kitchen remodel, down to the studs, with some extra wrinkles. (Removing a chimney and part of a wall.) Express worked with me to nail down the exact plan, and then handled the whole job.It went great, and exactly on time. Ten weeks, no delays, all the inspections handled when needed. My friends did not believe Express's time estimate when I mentioned it, but it got done. The cost was also on estimate, except for changes which I requested, discussed, and approved individually with Express.The crew kept everything clean, did not disrupt my work-at-home life, and handled every detail. Even my fussy little requests about shelf brackets. (They didn't charge extra for the little stuff, either.)This is my second time working with Express, and I'm sure I'll come back to them.Services: Tile work installation

We hired Wagner and Express for a gut renovation of our two-family home and it is an understatement to say that we are thrilled with the results. The project entailed lowering the basement floor and underpinning the foundation, expanding the ground floor living space, all new plumbing and electrical, insulation, re-framing the entire house, vaulting the top floor, hardwood floors, new kitchens, new bathrooms, On the exterior - new front entry, new roof and siding. Express also managed the replacement our asphalt driveway with pavers, new back patio and walkways, stone veneer on our ground floor addition, a beautiful stone wall in the backyard, new sod and irrigation in the front. There was literally no stone left unturned in this project.The results are stunning, but that is actually not what impressed us the most about Express. It was their ability to meet and surpass every challenge our cantankerous 100 year-old house threw at them. Our house had structural issues and some rot, which did not phase Express They managed to reframe our entire first and second floors while still supporting the roof. We likened the process to replacing the contents of an egg through a pinhole in the side. There were also challenges with ledge rock and lowering the ground floor, plumbing and ducting and entirely open first floor, replacing some exterior walls. We essentially have a new construction home. Express figured out a solution for every issue and kept us looped into the process. We also really appreciated the impact of Express’project manager Cristina, who has amazing attention to detail. Express also stuck to their timelines. The entire project was finished in just shy of 1 year, and would have been done a couple of months earlier if not for supply- chain delays with windows and kitchen cabinets.This is the third time we hired Express. When we first bought the house 13 years ago we hired Wagner to do some renovations just to make the house livable. The upstairs electrical was connected by extension cords and the house had been neglected for years. Express worked closely with us and helped do asmuch as we could within our budget. They were a fledgling company at the time and we are so happy to see 13years later that Express has grown to the enterprise it is today. This is a testament to the dedication, integrity, andbroad expertise of Wagner and the entire Express team.Services: Home renovations

Our bathroom remodel came out more beautiful than we imagined! The estimate was fair, well thought out and clearly outlined. No time was wasted obtaining permits to start or scheduling them as the work progressed. Each crew sent (demo, framing, plumbing, electrical, tiling and painting) was professional, experienced and polite. Response to communication was quick. We started discussions with Wagner and Express Remodeling in 2020. Due to COVID and delays in getting appliances, the work didn't start until January 22. We were extremely pleased with the professionalism of Wagner and staff and couldn't be happier with the results. Express Remodeling delivered the kitchen of our dreams and held the original quoted amount, despite of materials cost going through the roof during this time. The staff addressed all of our questions and we have no issues recommending them to anyone. They will be our go to remodeling group for any future projects. We love our kitchen! I thoroughly enjoy working with Express Remodeling Group.In the past year I have worked with Express on several projects as I upgraded a two-family property I own. The projects included demolishing and replacing a rear deck with two levels, bathroom and kitchen upgrades, tiling, drywalling, painting, laminate floor installation, replacement of exterior doors, electrical, stucco repair, and safety improvement to stairs.In all projects, Express Remodeling was well organized, worked to make sure we were aligned on expectations for both the work to be done and the timeline, and excellent with communication.
