I had my car serviced at DGC down the road. Jeff picked me up and got me situated when I dropped my own car off, and when I returned the rental, Jean dropped me off at my own car again. Using the app was easy, and everyone at this location was great.

Rented a 15 seater van yesterday, went inside a bit before open hour but a girl in the store, forgot to ask for her name, might be Libby, did not hesitate to help me during her non working hour(hopefully she gets paid for this). Entire transaction was perfectly smooth, only takes like 3 min to get the car and returning.

I had a great experience with the Enterprise in Medford, MA. Jake was super helpful and patient with the questions we had. Pickup and dropoff was smooth, and the whole place was friendly and courteous.

I walked in here after having a horrible experience with Hertz ( across the street). I was immediately greeted by Cam, and he asked how he could help me? I told him I was looking to rent a car for 10 to 14 days while mine was being fixed at Medford Citi Auto Body. He looked to get me the best price, and I told him, and I only had a debit / credit card on me he said no problem, we'll get you in a car and on your way. It was about 10 -15 minutes from the time I walked in there to the time I drove away. The transaction was smooth, and Cam was pleasant, friendly, and easy to work with. We walked out to the car, we looked the car over together, and I was on my way. I can not say enough good things about my experience at Enterprise today. Thank you, Cam !

Incredibly unprofessional. Especially Jeannie. I set up a rental a week in advance on the phone for my company and had 2 follow up phone calls to confirm all details. They told us we could not make the rental. Jeannie must be new to this industry but that aside she was SO UNPROFESSIONAL.

Rented a car this morning and I can say, hands down, this was the fastest and easiest rental experience I've ever had. Girl at the counter was friendly and had us out the door in less than 5 minutes. Highly recommend.

The corporate Enterprise reservations operator created a reservation for me by phone having full knowledge I was located in Lowell. I call Medford to arrange pick up and they later state that they don’t do pick ups farther than 5 minutes. I asked for that policy in righting. I explained that I was oringianlly lied to at my local Lowell location and that how Corporate Enterprise originally got involved. At the Medford location I spoke to an alleged Regional Manager by the name of Ryan who hung up on me after I explained to him what the word “comp” meant. This stems from asking him if he could comp my family and I for the inconvenience of the original location in Lowell not having the requested car type, and then secondly the Medford location not accommodating the pick up even after corporate stated that Medford would pick me up in Lowell. It is my person intuition and opinion that Ryan and Libby at the location is racist. They could tell that I was African American and did not like the idea of being challenged. I don’t recommend working with this location whatsoever especially if you are in a bind like the death of your mother. The local Enterprise location do not owner their corporate offices nor do they try to right their situations or take their egos out of the equation. After all of it Ryan even canceled my reservation and I am currently waiting for the corporate office to give me another phone call back. The company needs more cultural training, more policy training and if in fact each location governs their own procedures it should still be regulated and all employees should have access to the data and be able to produce it for the consumer. Lastly, I only gave 1 star, in order to leave a review.

The staff here is always friendly and efficient. I recently reserved a car, and when they didn't have what I requested, an upgrade was immediately made available. I've shopped around and find Enterprise to be above the rest in terms of customer service and overall satisfaction, including the ease of extending a rental when needed.

Surprising and pleasant white glove service. They were so helpful with rides back and forth to the body shop plus helped me figure out the whole bureaucratic mess of permit parking in Boston with a rental. A+ work, and a special nod to Sebastian who was so very conscientious.
