I've taken a number iPhones/laptops to Dynamic Computers over the years. Each time the service has been excellent. The problems were quickly diagnosed, and repairs done within hours at reasonable prices. One time he was able to solve the problem quickly and wouldn't take payment! Very trustworthy business, I'm so very glad to have a local shop to go to for repair vs. paying the Apple store or buying new gadgets unnecessarily.

Great service and quick support!I was having a blue screen issue on my PC. When I called ahead, they let me know the best time for me to come in and troubleshooting was only 15-20 minutes. Plus, it was easily accessible on the 94 bus from Davis square.

Great spot. I bought a factory refurbished dell latitude here about a month ago. The proprietor told me to bring it to him if I had any issues. After running a diagnostic, I discovered that the battery needed to be replaced. I brought it back to dynamic: they ordered a new battery on the factory warranty, and changed it out free of charge. Highly recommended to anyone who needs a computer serviced.

I have had two computers built at Dynamic Computers. The service and level of customer care is exceptional. Both my wife and myself drive across town for the personal touch Sing offers and the care and commitment to the trade. Stopped in twice now for two different questions. The owner knows his stuff! Both visits, he was easy to talk to and obviously very knowledgeable about broad range of technology. The store front is non-descript so don't let that detour you. If you have questions or wonder if he can help w/ your computer needs, I'd give a call for sure. Now that I know he is right down the street from me, he will most def be my go to.

Went in to fix my display on my custom computer. Instead of taking it, holding it for a couple days then charging me for plugging the hdmi cable in the wrong spot, he let me know and confirmed the fix worked infront of me. Despite offering, he did not charge me.

Incredible service! I'm a software engineer and consider myself generally tech saavy yet I could not figure out which component in a pc I built myself failed after 4years suddenly. I show up the next day, drop off my computer, and Singh is not only able to diagnose every single component but also helped me finish the repair + clean my pc in one business day! He even helped me order a part quicker than I could've received it to replace the broken component and gave me clear and concise updates throughout the process. As a bonus, the rate he charged was by far the most reasonable. With all the knowledge he shared with me and his general overall chill vibe, I'm definitely coming back to seek his advice for any tech needs in the future!!

Like other reviewers, I've been bringing machines to Gagan Singh for years and have been consistently impressed by his knowledge, the quality of his work, his reliability, and the speed with which he turns stuff around. And his fees are more than reasonable. Our latest visit was to diagnose why the first gaming computer my son built wouldn't fire up, and Gagan quickly identified the issues, explained them to my son, fixed them, and did some additional cable management that made the build more pleasing aesthetically. And he charged very little for his time and expertise. We hope not to have to come back -- who wants a computer that needs repair -- but feel lucky to have a place in which we have such confidence.
