Alex, the owner, is not just phenomenal at what he does, but he's also a genuine joy to be around. His kindness radiates through every interaction, making each visit to the laundry feel like catching up with an old friend. His knack for humor ensures that even the most mundane chore becomes an enjoyable experience.
But it's not just the delightful ambiance that keeps us coming back – it's the impeccable service. We entrust Alex and his team with some shirts week after week, and without fail, they return to us looking as good as new. They also offer carpets cleaning and deep cleaning. The attention to detail and commitment to quality are truly unmatched.
Thank you, Alex, for your unwavering dedication to both your craft and your customers. You're an absolute gem, and we're grateful to have you down the street.

I've been going to their cleaners for 20 years and at multiple locations. Love the place.

What they lack in functional laundry machines they kind of make up for with kind people and cool house plants. Almost all of their functional machines are reserved for their laundry service.

I'm really upset, I used around $50, 80% of the machine's don't work. The only good thing about the place was the customer service, the lady was very nice.

Can I give a half a point? Awful. First off, half of the 50 year old machines have a Does Not Work slip on them. looks like the notes are very old. Then 90% of the "working" machines are taken by the staff. Which some where laundry is done but still in machine. Then my machine was stuck with 7 seconds left for 10 minutes. Soaking in deep water. Finally finished but clothes still really wet. So break out the slip for another does not work. Clothes now in dryer. Fully expect an issue when I go back in.. oh and the one change machine is broke too. Need to find employee for change. Never seen anything quite like this place. Never again

Ah, my first Boston Yelp review. Too bad it's for this place. First, it's important to note that there is accessible parking here. That was the lone reason I came to this location. But I regret not having just looked elsewhere. When you walk in, the first thing you'll notice is about ten employees to every customer. This is likely because the wash and fold component is their bread and butter. But this portion of their business takes up the ENTIRE laundromat. There is no room for customers. Why even be open to the public if you have no intention of making room? The machines are in horrible repair. Roughly a quarter of the machines are out of order, thereby exacerbating the lack of room. The pricing for the washers seems a tad high given their age and wear, but the dryers are insane. A quarter for five minutes. Even in California they aren't brazen enough to rob you like this. Oh, and after you spend $2 just to dry one load, it's still not dry. The staff's response: put in more quarters. I bet. But probably the most aggravating part of this experience was not having a place to fold my laundry. Why? Because the staff is using all of the surfaces for their work. But they aren't actively folding anything. They just leave it there rather than transition it elsewhere once it's folded. Basically, this is one of the worst laundromats I've ever been to. This place would be good enough to wash and dry at a prison, and that's about it. I will never revisit this location, and they likely don't care.

Absolutely horrible. First of all, they charged me $41 for a load of laundry and two blankets. Second of all, they dyed two pairs of my white shorts yellow because they were too careless to separate the whites from the colors. If I'm paying you that much money to do my laundry, I think you should be able to wash my whites separately.

So i've been going to this place for a long long time because its ridiculously close to my house, and i hate doing laundry, so i suffer it about every month and a half when i run out of undies. My korean laundry gene screams in agony every time i go here. Anytime i go to a laundry mat period...sigh... its sucks not have the whites as bright as i want them. For the review. The staff are friendly, even more so if you speak Spanish or Portuguese. That kind of annoys me that everyone assumes i speak Spanish, why would you do that? this isn't Mexico..or Brazil.. anywho. .. It's a decent spot but because i'm so anal about my laundry it drives me crazy. #1 they rarely have hot water. sometimes rarely have warm. I think the owner cheaped out on his water heater to save costs. The lack of hot water coincided with a price raise a few years ago. #2 there's a slew of retarded brazilians that don't know how to do laundry. they're always over suddsing the washers, which puts extra soap in my load when i run it and then i have itchy undies cuz the soap doesnt rinse out. #2b they also don't know how to use the dryers. No dude I am not going to move my laundry or pay you back for the $3 of dry time you just pumped into my machine, see the arrows, it tells you which buttons go with which dryer. and lastly #3 they're always busy. which good for them bad for me. they also do industrial laundry so they'll be full full at times. Just let one of the ladies know how many machines you need and they'll hook you up. I'm over critical with laundry, but its a decent spot, avg prices. and the machines at least never smell like mildew is growing on the inside. My fav thing was when the owner one day had a chat with an employee that they should speak English, because he came to this country didn't speak English but he learned, and he made friends by speaking English and now he's a successful business man, so ya speaking English is good, god bless America. pretty much verbatim. So i give him my money and suffer my not so bright whites
