When you want a policy, they (Brian) answer you well, they give you some "good" discounts. Even though I'm not entirely sure if the discounts are completely legal. The mileage discount is a lie (my mileage was way higher than what they reported), they added an extra unknown person as a driver on our policy to lower the rate (no complaints if it is actually legal!). When you wanna cancel, you literally have to call and email 20 times for them to actually do something!! I got charged an extra month so far, because they forgot to cancel!! " ? "Is the right emoji

Impossible to work with Brian. He is always busy, never calls you back. I got my insurance with another company and today I got a mail from MAPFRE Insurance for “Notice of Payment”. I didn’t give them any payment method or application documents. How do you even start a policy without my consent? Clowns ?

We have used O’Rourke Insurance for many years, and we stay with them because of their great customer service. They are always friendly and professional, and take care of our insurance needs quickly and efficiently. Most recently, we had mistakenly overpaid for one of our plans, and our friends at O’Rourke helped us get a full refund from the insurance company for the overpayment.
