Used to be decent. Noticeable change within the past six months or so. Prescription errors, inability to reach someone via phone, abrupt demeanor by some at counter, app errors, shortage of help. They seem to be more concerned with people using the inefficient, crowded self- checkout machines than fixing the issues at the most important area of the store --- the pharmacy. Now people have to leave a voicemail to which no one responds, even after trying to use the app, which is erroneous. Serious issues are involved here, including of course, people's health. What is going on with this place? Is it going to take a major error and resulting consequences to get the attention it needs?? Finding a new pharmacy as we speak, and sad, as well as angry, that I have to.

I have no idea what’s up with this “confidential voicemail” But I would much rather somebody pick up the phone and take my call which is not difficult to do, This is by far The worst CVS pharmacy I have ever had the displeasure of going toNot only do they need an authorization every time I get my life-saving medication when they’ve already had authorizations before it’s been filled But also, the fact, the manager has no idea what she’s doing

They've screwed up my prescriptions more than once. Although they say they have drive-up pickup, I've found it to be closed more often than open. Good luck trying to reach them by phone. If you can navigate through the annoying prompts, you're more likely to find yourself waiting 20-30 minutes before hanging up in frustration.

Since I posted the original review about a month ago, it has gotten worse. They now have a voicemail, which means they never pick up the phone. I left them three messages this week and they never called me back. I'm switching pharmacies bc it is too stressful to deal with them.Original Review: I've been going to this pharmacy for years and their customer service keeps getting worse. There have been numerous times when I've tried to call them on the phone and no one has answered or I was on hold for over 20 minutes. Most of the time I try to use the drive through pharmacy it is closed. I know this is not the fault of the people who work in the pharmacy. They are clearly understaffed and overworked and it shows.

I visited the pharmacy this past Friday night and it was busy. There were 3 women working at the counter filling prescriptions for customers and each one of them was exceptionally patient and kind.

Abu was enthusiastic and kind in helping me find a specific product I had trouble locating.

Drive through is advertised to be open, but is always closed when you get there. People forced to enter the store with Covid and other contagious illnesses near people who are immunocompromised. This is dangerous for people with serious health issues. For people with a physical disability, it makes getting a prescription much harder on them. There's not much of a difference taking a prescription at the window than at the counter. Another CVS advertised to have their drive through open had it closed. It's not right that they do this regularly. It's a danger to everyone's health and should be stopped. They don't even answer their phone when you call the store.

Tuesday November 7th.It looks like CVS had an audit team, so the manager was more concern about her team being audited then the customer, I was waiting for so long to get my items, they forgot a second part , the manager did not pay attention to me she kept turning to the auditors who were behind the counter. I had to ask her that I need to pay. She handed me the receipt, and her face was towards her employee who was questioned by the auditors in public. Ignoring your customers and not looking at them is the worst.CVS at Medford, ma

I ordered photos I got a confirmation email stating that my photos were ready for pick up. I go in the following day and the cvs employee says that my order isn’t ready. Okay? I show him the email that it says it should be ready and he says it’s not so that I should call around 11am to see if the order will be ready for pick up by then. I have called 6 times!! It rings then someone picks up and quickly hangs up.

Horrible photo service. Can never get a photo order right. There's always something missing or it says it's ready but it's not.

I needed an emergency script today for my epilepsy medications and Yvgeney went the extra mile in helping me out. I was worried and stressed and he was incredibly professional solving the issue. 10/10 stars.

Terrible pharmacy. No one ever answers the phone and it’s a guaranteed wait once your inside as well. Do yourself a favor and choose any other pharmacy.
