This is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to by a wide margin. Every single time the line is out the door with only one worker and they consistently lose prescriptions/ hold up the line looking for them for ten minutes each. Slow and confused always. Going to try to get my insurance to let me switch back to Walgreens. Walgreens is 100% times better and these people have no idea what they are doing.

85 High Street CVS is big scammer I parked my car in the parking lot and went inside. by the time I came out they were towing my car, I called manager which she stated that it’s their business and you weren’t shopping with us. CVS and towing company are doing jointly business scam to their own customers. I would never go back to them again and please please avoid to go their place or your car will be towed away !!!

STAY AWAY! I’m sorry to say after 14 yrs of going here for immunizations and prescriptions it’s too risky for anyone to shop here. Today I dropped off a package at UPS, came in to CVS to use the ATM and grab a few small things. By the time I left my car was towed. I asked the police if this was legal. I was told no since I used the store and only CVS management could provide me with documentation to help make a wrong right and get my car without cost. However, the manager decided not to provide that for me and the tow cost $170. Yes, I’m sure there are people who take advantage of them but they’re punishing their own customers now? Don’t get involved with their dirty game and spend your hard earned cash somewhere else.

Tried to get in touch with the pharmacy and was literally told they will not speak to me on the phone. WHAT A HORRIBLE POLICY FOR A BUISNESS THAT HAS PEOPLES LIVES IN THEIR HANDS. I tried every menu option—no way to get through to the pharmacy. I spoke to someone at the front of the store, and made it very clear that this was an urgent situation as I could have severe withdrawal symptoms if I don’t get my medication in time (and there was a logistical issue that meant the automated system wasn’t sufficient to help me), and he told me he’d try to put me thru to the Pharmacy but there was no guarantee they’d pick up. It just kept ringing. I feel bad because obviously this is not the employees fault, but CVS corporate clearly has no concern for their customers or employees whatsoever and I will not be filling any more prescriptions at this or any other location.

Keanna in the pharmacy was extremely rude and slammed my meds on the table when I was confused and looking at my email from the pharmacy. I was trying to understand why I didn’t have all my meds. I’m changing pharmacies. I hope something is done about this, but I doubt it

The pharmacy supposed to open at 9:00 am, it is 9:18 am. Still closed.No one here to tell us when they will open.One of the waiting people called the manager, the answer was that the pharmacist forgot his keys at home and we all have to wait for him/her god knows till when.

Multiple poor pharmacy experiences, no timely communication with customers and pretty bad attitudes. You can no longer call and get someone on the phone in a timely manner - you’re forced to leave a voicemail and HOPE they call you back (they won’t). There were 6 people working when I stopped in recently, but they said they couldn’t call me back because they were short staffed... I couldn’t get there during the day because I was working and by the time I got the info I needed, my doctors office was closed for the weekend. Not sure why they’re hiring people unhappy with or ill-equipped to work a customer-facing job. Witnessed multiple people unable to get their Rxs filled and all walked away confused and upset.

if i could give this pharmacy NEGATIVE stars i would. i have been using this CVS for 3 years and i can't even keep track of how many times they have messed up my Rx. i can't use walgreens with my health insurance but i will definitely be moving to another CVS location. multiple times i have been waiting for an Rx on order for over a week only to have them eventually say "oh your rx just expired" or "oh you have no refills left" even though i had verified with them that things were fine. i have had them say "oh yes it's going to be all set you can pick it up tomorrow" only to show up the next day and have them say "oh you have no refills". repeatedly.

I find this is one pharmacy that has my prescription in stock. The other CVS pharmacies I my area never had my RX's in stock. Why I never got an answer. What is great is they always let me know what is on order and when it is available. So I very pleased to be a customer at this CVS location. ?Thank You !!!
