We had a great experience here. When a storm drain flooded our basement during a flash flood, Kristen helped us secure a unit within minutes. After more than two years we have been consistently impressed with the service and with this facility.

Seamless experience! Only used it for a month while between apartments, and it was super easy to cancel once I finished. BYO lock or buy one on site. I used the smallest unit and it fit all my stuff great (im an artist with a lot of knick knacks). The facilities are clean and temperature controlled and they have a great system for loading and unloading. Plus, the people are super nice. Shout out Holly and Kristen

The customer service person was so nice, she knew what to offer, I rented the space so fast, she explained the new app to manage your account. I like the storage. It's so clean. Definitely I recommend Cube Smart.

Holly at the store and her manager Kristen were absolutely rude and unprofessional. Holly made a mistake that costed me $40 and rather than apologizing gave me an attitude. On the phone, she did not mention a document that I had to bring to the store to finalize my contract. The website also does not mention it. It is an important document that nobody carries around. She would not accept a photo of it either (which I’ve used for all legal contracts before). I paid $40 Uber to get there and had to leave empty-handed and when I was trying to politely explain to both Holly and Kristen that they should have told me beforehand (or specify it in their website) because it is an uncommon requisite they were defensive and treated me like it was my fault or that I did not understand that it’s their right to have arbitrary policies (that no other storage company had!). All I wanted was for Holly to say “I am sorry, this was my mistake”. I would have quietly gone back home, grabbed my document, paid other $40 of Uber and come back to sign my lease. Her pride made Cubesmart lose a client. She was also rude and insulting to my husband on the phone and after he suggested that they change the wording of the website as to reflect what they truly need she decided to cancel our reservation (without our consent!). She would rather lose a paying client than take feedback and improve. This is not the way to treat anybody, let alone potential customers. We went with Extra Space Storage which has clear and reasonable policies.

Forget U-haul, get Cube Smart! Their customer service was very helpful at getting us a unit that would fit our needs. Reservation was quickly completed online. The check in and check out experience was super smooth and fast. The mobile app made visiting the unit easier. The availability of dollys at the site made moving in and out easier. The staff at the Medford site was nice, helpful, attentive, and available. We had a completely negative experience with uhaul and only regret not finding CubeSmart earlier.

Do not rent a storage unit from this company. The monthly cost seemed reasonable when I first signed up, but they raised it by 40% over the course of a year. They know it's difficult and costly to move to a new unit, so they take advantage of that to jack up the rate.

Just signed up for a storage space and couldn't be more pleased with all the great customer service. Kristin, the store manager, was so helpful. She gave me a great tour and made sure that I was happy with the size of my space and jumped right in to help when I had a problem registering on line. I didn't have to waste anytime dealing with it, she just called we back when it was resolved. I'm looking forward to a stress free move-in process.
