I find him to be very competent, and he has a very friendly and pleasant manner. And he doesn't make us feel like idiots for not being computer literate. He explains things well which really helps. We have found him to be a lifesaver since we are very dependent on our computers and network. It is wonderful to have his expertise available to us. I have worked with several IT people, and he is right at the top. And his fees are very reasonable.”

A few days ago I walked in trying to wipe out data on old phone since I got the new iPhone 15plus working fine. Nathan fixed it in a few minutes after I googled it and tried for hours, Nathan was courteous, friendly, and professional. Later that day, I walked back because I decided to trade in the old phone to buy a new iPad, I got the assistance right away, the transaction was again smooth and professional.
