I took my 21 year old daughter to buy her 1st brand new car to Colonial VW. Over the years family and friends have bought/leased 20+ cars from them. I can’t say enough about the Sales dept. Paul Lazzaro and Jason Giacoppo are the best in the business and made the deal as easy as possible. Both were able to answer any and every question we had and also walked us through many different options for purchase to ensure my daughter got a deal she was comfortable with. The whole experience was a pleasure and that’s why Colonial continuously gets our business.

If you want a VW then head to Colonial in Medford!!! My initial contact following an online inquiry was with Dan Goodman who was very friendly and helpful without adding any pressure. When I went into the dealer, I worked with Paul Lazzaro and I truly cannot say enough about wonderful he is. He’s a genuine guy who’s honest, upfront and again, zero pressure. He was incredibly responsive and gave me all the info I needed to feel excited about going forward with my Tiguan purchase. I was given a great deal from the start without all the hassle I’ve experienced with other dealers. This is by far the best experience I’ve had and I cannot recommend or thank Paul enough for all he did!

Fast turnaround on rotor replacements for a 2020 GTI due to snow damage. Price seemed reasonably competitive with third party shops. Shuttle offered to Davis. Desk staff were polite.

We recently had the pleasure of purchasing a new car from VW Medford and we couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience.
Paul Lazzaro was incredibly knowledgeable and helped us to get the deal we were looking for. Although we have just relocated from Europe, Paul guided us through the entire process without any pressure.
I highly recommend this dealership and if you are on the market for a VW just ask for Paul.

Great experience. Good communication,.treated respectfully and they actually managed to order a replacement part for a defective steering wheel. This is in contrast to Kelly Volkswagen in Danvers which had terrible service overall and was disrespectful.

Sales and Leasing Consultant, Mr Paul Lazzaro, has been excellent supporting us during the lease process of our new ID.4 Pro S 4WD that has been more complex given the fact that we relocated from Zurich to Boston less than 3 months ago, with no established credit record in the U.S. to date. Paul has been immensely patient with us, willing to answer every of our multiple questions in detail.
