I want to here to have a document notarized. I am not a customer but I called before I went to make sure that even though I was not a customer could I get something notarized and I was told yes. When I go out there I was told that they only do it for their customers and I was upset because I need you to have something notarized for a new job and I had to do it that day and the Assistant Branch Manager was so kind and she did it for me

My direct deposit from work doesn’t show up early and there is no customer service until later in the mornings.

If I could give it a zero I would, I have had accounts their for years. One incident was just unacceptable, I was told that IRS tax refund checks were "fraudulent" and was declined service by the Rep hiding behind her plexiglass who proceeded to be disrespectful when I told her I want to cancel all my accounts! I have never been treated so bad in my life, it was embarrassing, degrading and just not necessary. Long story short she was wrong and I filed a complaint at the main branch. The Vice President at that main branch and DID apologize for her behavior and couldn't understand why this incident escalated to the point where she was rude and basically profiling. I was told they would do an investigation, and the VP gladly reopened my account and gladly deposited the IRS checks. All Ms. Souad had to do was just say in a nice way they won't accept the deposit but to make a scene and accuse a customer who's had an account for years, was ignorant and tasteless. It was really noticeable real quick I was being profiled and for the word "fraudulent " to be thrown at my face was just too much. I'm still waiting on an apology from that branch and honestly, I have chosen to open account elsewhere. But I had to see for myself what the VP response would be and I was right "he stated" none of that should've happened. I'm pretty sure nothing will happen to Ms.Souad that's why she felt bold enough to speak to me in that tone. But I will let others know that's it's not ok to be treated like trash. While she's hiding behind plexiglass I'm a fulltime nurse working, my advice to her would be remove her head from where its placed and STOP assuming that someone out of uniform isn't crap in her eyes! Again they get a big fat zero!

I have been a Century Bank customer because I appreciate it is a family owned business and they are passionate about providing excellence. I have banked at this branch for about seven or eight years, and I have always enjoyed meeting the friendly people who work at the bank. The branch manager and employees always take the time to assist me. They always provide friendly and fast service
