I had a great experience here! They did a beautiful job repairing my Honda Civic and matching the color exactly. They were prompt and very responsive and everyone I interacted with was very helpful.

Horrible. We left our car here back in October 2023, they returned it with a bad painting job, rear mirror switch to a cheap one even though that wasn’t a part that needed fixing so while there it got broken and they had the audacity to give us a replacement that was not matching with the paint and a cheap version of it. Our car inside was left dirty, and smelling like mole like they left it open and it got wet or something. They charged our insurance a lot for the crappy job they did in our car. Our front door was also left ruined upon return to us. Save yourself and don’t go here. **It was my husbands vehicle that was taken care of a black Avalon it’s our family car.

excellent job they did on my car. I had already taken my car to another auto body and they had not left my car this way, perfect finishes, clean and very shiny and the kindness with which they delivered my car. excellent job. highly recommended.

Actual work was good, but communication could use some work.Their initial estimate was Thursday by 4, but I had to call them to get an updated estimate multiple times. They told me it would be done the following day (Friday). When I called on Friday, the shop told me they didn't have the person available to get all the repairs done, so I would have to go the weekend without the car, but I should be able to get it on Monday. When I woke up on Monday, however, I received a notification from the Carwise website that they used to provide estimates (which they hadn't updated since the original Wed. estimate) that the estimate was now Wednesday at 4pm. They did not call me to update me, so I had to call them only to find out they were waiting for another part to come in, which was something not communicated to me at all through the first two delays. The car was also not ready on Wednesday, but it was finally done on Thursday. There's a serious lack of communication in timing updates, which sucked because I could handle making alternate transportation plans over the initial timeline and even the first two delays over the weekend, but I figured I would get the car by Tuesday and I had to scramble to make other plans on Tues/Wed/Thurs.In the end, the work did look good and I haven't heard any new creaks, rattles, or banging on the new parts. They replaced the two passenger doors on my essentially 1 year old car and it does look like new. Claims process was also seamless with Geico, so it was nice to not have to mess with either A&P or Geico any more than I needed to.

DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP -- I stopped by to book an auto body appointment on Monday 7/17/23 and asked to get a quote. The woman at the front desk told me I'm "legally required" to select their shop for services if I receive a quote, regardless of whether I agreed with their assessment, "for legal reasons." That's a lie. Massachusetts vehicle owners have a right to shop around for repairs and receive a written quote before agreeing to repairs.
