Amazing service and quality flowers! I ordered a variety of flowers for a work event that I was hosting and the owner and staff were extremely helpful with picking out the right flowers within the budget I had and answering all of my questions. Overall, I had a wonderful experience with Capelo's!

I called from out of state to send a funeral arrangement. Effie the owner helped me two days in a row. I think I called 4 times to make the arrangement perfect. Effie was so kind, so helpful, her suggestions proved she is an expert with her knowledge of the flower business. She never got impatient with me. She was so wonderful and kind. It’s rare to find this wonderful customer service in the world we live in now. I recommend Capelos with 5 stars!

I live in Colorado and have family in Medford. I have ordered from Capelos 3 times now and its always been a pleasant experience. The first time I put in the incorrect address for delivery and when I called to have that fixed, the woman on the phone was super nice and fixed my error.

I was in a hurry to buy flowers and came across this neighborhood florist shop. I was amazed with how budget friendly Effie (I believe the name of the owner was). The first thing she asked me was how much I was willing to spend & I appreciate the question because it shows she is aware of different budgets her customers may have. I was apart of the process of her creating this beautiful bouquet. I will be buying more flowers here!

Oh my goodness! Capelo's did such a beautiful job on a bouquet for a friend of mine going through a lot of hardship right now. My friend was blown away by the stunning flowers. I'm all the way across the country and I was told my friend would be very well taken care of and wow, she sure was. Just stunning. Thank you Capelos!

Worked at this establishment for a short while. They did some beautiful work, but unfortunately, they're a clique of anti-mask, anti-vax, Trump thumping ladies. Meanwhile, the lead florist Christina openly admits she's an impatient trainer, while Effie (the owner) refused to write a letter to public housing when I was leaving, in efforts to show I was no longer receiving income there. (This effects one's rent, and therefore, my livelihood.) I guess they didn't approve of a single mother getting a break on rent. Wish I could say this is a shock, but according to their way of thinking, I should prob be living on the street with my 11 year old; not the projects. To sum up, great flowers. Not so great people.
