Great gas prices. Has some items in store I like, especially if I have coupons. Unfortunately they discontinued other products I liked and replaced with their own brand which aren't as good.

A once reliable place to purchase gifts at a fair price. I no longer recommend BJ's Wholesale Club. After we moved, we continued to use BJ's and have things shipped to us which was very convenient. Before renewing last year, I contacted customer service and they promised they would continue to offer the service of shipping what we order. The day after renewing, they told me they would no longer offer this service and would not refund our actual membership which we have not been able to use a single time since. Just plain wrong. Avoid BJ's at all costs.

Be very, very cautious of a trial memberships with BJs. They are predatory and imply they they do not renew automatically. The checkout screen will always flash "Your membership will expire on XX-XX-XX," as if you have to OPT BACK IN. You don't. Expect your credit card to be charged again, and expect to spend time on hold with a call center somewhere trying to get your money back.

I am giving one star review to the customer service.Products are good quality , pricey but good, store is clean and organized, but when we come to customer service it seems they don’t really want to help the client, they don’t really care about client, I don’t know if all them are like that but there’s a lady called Donna M, a silver hair lady, who for 2 times didn’t helped me at all, plus she is rude, I left store frustrated and upset, and they didn’t solve my issue, customer service is a huge thing in the business, and if I am not heard why should I keep going and trust in a store that don’t training they customer service to have a good client service and help me when I need them? I am not going back to this store anymore because I know that if I have any problem with something they won’t help me, I’ve been client of this store for many years, but now on I’ll keep shopping in Costco only and cancel my membership with bjs, I never had issues like that with Costco.

I love the Medford Massachusetts store. Today there weren't many cashiers however Catherine W. came to my rescue and helped me with checking my items out. She was kind and super helpful. This kind of kindness that Catherine has keeps me coming back to this particular store.

Stay away from this place I ordered diapers online for pickup 2 weeks ago come to find out they have been charging my account multiple times this week. Definitely have employees stealing from customers, done with this store.

I am giving one star because of the harassment I get from the AT&T staff who stand at their kiosk near the books. They harass EVERYOne every time I’m there. I have complained about them before and today I had enough. The man at the kiosk wouldn’t take ignoring for an answer and started commenting on my holding a coffee, asking what I’m drinking, while I walked by. So I told him off and cancelled my BJs subscription at the customer service desk on the way out and I’ll be going to Costco instead. It’s too bad because I think the staff here are great.

I like this location, and since I own a small coffee shop I have to come here often. Today, first time I met the rudest employee at check out register. I explained to HAATIKA ( her name) that clipped discount for milk doesn’t work. Instead of helping me this terrible person started to ask if I speak English! It was incredible rude from her, since English isn’t her first language.She was needed eight times to take a look at a coupon on my phone, constantly checking brand of milk, and finally she manually entered $1.50.I was shocked, person who barely speak English, constantly asking me if I speak English, instead of doing her job.If she doesn’t want to work with people and has this rude attitude, so why she doesn’t change her job?

The place is very clean and good prices I did not found what I need but i will comeback. I want tomention that request help in costumer service desk and the lady wa not in a good mood it was at 6.11 pm on june 20., outside the store is a lof of trash.

I have been a member of BJ's for 20 years and now BJ's is raising the membership fee and I'm prices and that's totally pathetic and that's why I cancelled my membership and they will be taking the $55 back because I don't want it and I hope they choke
