“I have been banking at Rockland Trust for several years before this branch at Medford opened up. I first met Bandana here and she personalized my banking experiences. She provides services for every aspect of my needs and she will tell me updated products that benefit my financial growth. It is through her that I made a relationship with Rockland Trust and I always come here for my financial needs. They really make banking touch every aspect of your life. This past summer, they have program for kids to enroll in reading, and provides opportunities for kids to sell lemonade and fundraising for good causes. Later this year, I am in the process of opening my own PT clinic and I happened to meet the branch manager Isabel. She was very helpful and suggested services that can help me open my own business account and provide additional services for book keeping etc for free. I came back 2 months later and both Isabel and Bandana remembered me and asked about my business building project. They truly care about every one of their customers and they are here with us everyday in our community. I usually walk my puppy through the neighborhood and whenever I need to stop to deposit/withdraw money, there is a dog treat waiting behind the counter. The credit card has no annual fee and is interest free for a year by the way. Unless you are trying to have bad credit, or just simply don't know anything about credit in the first place like most people, the Cash-Back card is worth getting. Even if it never gets used.”
